The media could not be loaded. In the video is the v-shape sectional in color white. Prior to buying this sectional, we spent months looking for one that checked every box - every part needs to be washable (we have kids), we wanted down feather bottom cushions and firmer back pillows, ivory or beige in color, very deep and oversized, under $1800, modern, velvety soft, didn't want to wait weeks for it to arrive, and have a fabric that doesn't pill or ball up. This couch was EXACTLY all of those things! There weren't a lot of a reviews or photos of this so we were super nervous, but our expectations were completely exceeded. I seriously never write reviews but I'm truly blown away by this sectional. The video I posted of the couch shows what it looks like 30 mins after being unpacked (so keep in mind the cushions get bigger and fluffier than what you see in my video.) Now, hours later the cushions have fully fluffed up and are sooo thick and soft. The fabric almost appears like linen but feels soo soft and high quality like a thick quality velvet feel - unlike the sectional we had before which was like the Ashley furniture tanavi that pilled horribly and felt like a potato sack. The seats are so deep and comfortable, the size is perfect and when laying on opposite ends my husbands feet don't even touch mine šŸ˜‚ The couch had an estimated delivery of 2 weeks after the day we bought, it was purchased on the 15th and delivered the 19th, 4 days later! So exciting for us since we had just sold our couch days before ordering. Additionally I am completely impressed with the customer service from this seller. The sectional we purchased was beige but we were incorrectly sent the white one. We contacted them immediately and they responded same day and let us know they would be sending us the correct beige colored covers for all parts of the sectional ASAP and free of any charge. So first off, I only had a couple of reviews to go off of, Iā€™d been eyeing this sectional for months. When I tell you months, every night I would check to see if the price changed at all, and it didnā€™t but it was fine. This price for the quality and how quickly it arrived. Iā€™m gonna post a video and photo once I make my living room look worthy of the pic LOL but nonetheless this sectional is amazing, I love that every piece is removal and washable, I am also in awe that the ottomans are actual storage like wow. They did that! I got the black color because I have young boys and white and beige wouldnā€™t last a day! It took me like 3 hrs to building but because I was cleaning in between and the boxes were huge. If you have been thinking about it, do it! Itā€™s huge, so make sure you check the dimensions of the space you want to put it in before purchasing. Iā€™m so happy with my purchase, and as far as how firm I would say firm/soft - you have to fluff them up before place them it makes all the difference. I have been wanting a cloud couch for 4 years, but just couldnā€™t afford it. Iā€™m glad I waited! This one is absolutely what I wanted at a fraction of the cost! It is huge! My family are 6ā€™0 tall, so we needed something that wonā€™t have our knees in our chest and that could support our backs. I purchased the ā€œVā€ shape. It is super deep (35ā€ without the back cushions, 31ā€ with them on). I did insert a 3ā€ inch memory pad under each seat cushion, but thatā€™s because I had the pad and wanted to use it! The company responds quickly. I asked if they sold other colors because I would like to have this in white (I ordered the beige), they sent me the white at no cost!! This is easy to put together. The arms arenā€™t always lined up, so you have to play around with them, but they will fit. The sofa comes with 1ā€ legs that can be changed. They also come with a metal piece so that you can connect each section. Ours is on flooring and has very minimal movement, so we havenā€™t clipped them together. There is also velcro strips that comes in each section, I guess to connect the seats if you want to do that. The cushions, covers, and legs are under each seat. There is a piece of wood that holds the items in. This wood splinters, so be careful. I took the bubble wrap and used that to protect my hand and pushed the wood up towards the wider part and was able to remove it. You wonā€™t need it, so toss that wood. It is so beautiful and I am happy to have it. Watch the video that another reviewer posted. That helped me make my decision. ... show more

We are enjoying the couch, the beige color is a little bit odd, almost looks like itā€™s dirty even if it isnā€™t. It super deep and your whole body fits on it which is nice! Itā€™s also long so a lot of people can sit on the couch at one time. The thickness is not amazing, it isnā€™t that fluffy, and the fluff has already slightly gone away after only a week. We will probably have to get it re-stuffed. Itā€™s still a fine couch considering itā€™s off Amazon. ... show more

Bought the 162ā€ U shape and was not disappointed. Assembly was do able with just myself. After the first piece it started flowing really well. Came in 6 boxes. Incredibly fluffy. Iā€™ve owned some more expensive sofas and this is probably my favorite. I bought the color beige.

The couch arrived in 6 boxes (tons of trash be prepared) but it was very easy to assemble with no tools needed if you donā€™t want the sections connected (I didnā€™t). One of my covers looked like it got caught in a machine so I contacted the company and they are sending me a new one, hassle free. I love it, everything fluffed up easily and itā€™s super comfy.
