I was a little disappointed with the quality of the materials.... they don't seem quite as durable as my old carry-on that I have had for just about 20 years now. However, it should get the job done and looks quite attractive. I really like the grey color and the wheels run nice and smooth, and seems relatively quiet. The unit seems a little smaller than I expected, but it is the exact size specified in the description that most nearly all airlines accept as a carry-on. All the pictures and descriptions include an handle on the side of the unit, but oddly enough, mine arrived without it. I don't have the time to wait for a replacement or get something else, so I will have to make do with what I got. Otherwise, I am okay with this carry-on luggage, but can't give it 5 stars. Lightweight basic luggage set is pretty good! There are no bells and whistles, it does NOT contain a built-in place for ID tag so the ones you put on may get broken or lost. :-( I would recommend this for the infrequent traveler, not someone that travels frequently for business. We use the set one time for international travel which included aircraft connections. The luggage held up well. The carry-on size is in accordance with the airline measurements so fits in there overhead bin and also the luggage sizer at the gate. We do like the fact that it's lightweight so packing your belongings inside will not exceed the 50 lb weight limit per airlines. The pictures show prior to travel and when we got to our first destination. We forgot to take pictures after returning to our home location. ... show more

This suitcase gets the job done but could use a couple of improvements to make it a lot better. First, the handle feels fairly flimsy. I’ve taken it on two trips so far and everything is fine so far but I worry that the handle will develop issues quickly as it flexes a lot in normal use, more than any other suitcase I’ve used before; it just feels a bit flimsy. The balance of this suitcase when sitting on the wheels is a bit off. It has a serious tendency to tip over. The other thing that I would love is a handle on the side to make it easier to get in and out of a car trunk/back of SUV. I do like that this suitcase is nice and light and relatively affordable. Really liked going from a 2 wheel bag to a 4 wheel bag. It stands up by itself without falling forward like my 2 wheel did. Pushed it mostly through the airport, including down the aircraft aisle! Nice straps inside for easily snugging down and holding the clothes in place. Held enough clothes for a 6 day trip without being expanded. Fits perfect in the overhead. Seems well made. I was thrilled with this bag upon receiving. Roomy, pretty, seemed sturdy. Took on a Italy trip, worked fine. Second use, barely at the airport to fly all the way to London and as going to my terminal, wheel breaks. I had to drag this full suitcase myself across two terminals at LAX (Uber driver dropped me off at wrong terminal.) So got a full workout in that day! Arm hurt for two days. Would not stand up straight while in line to check in and upon inspection, found out why. Wheel had busted. So technically broke one and half times into use. I had to buy one of those metal wheelie pull cart things to help me get around. Highly disappointed and wasted money on crap. ... show more
