I washed them once and already have pilling of the fabric and holes inside of the pockets. The pants began to come loose with keys and change in pocket. I would recommend washing them in a laundry bag or pillow case to protect from tearing at the seam. I do not think I would purchase them for outside wear, but maybe for sleepwear.
