Comes in poor packaging. So far some corner damage due to the type of packaging. If just some corner protection was added inside the box, this problem would be eliminated.

Won't buy these again. Expensive for the quality. Two of the four panels I received had dented / crushed corners which resulted from poor packaging and also the fact that they are just not that made that well.

These are huge and arrived perfectly sanded. After a quick rub to remove any wood dust I began with the gesso. I cannot wait to put a painting on this huge one. Biggest canvas I've attempted so far. Just wish they weren't quite so pricey. But...can't find them anywhere else even close to this price so I'll pay. I love the size of these. I'm surprised they asked me to rate them for being "light" as far as their weight. Yes, for wood they are "light" but no they aren't that light weight when it will come time to hang them on a wall. And value for money...like I said they are the lowest price anywhere but I wish they could cost a little less. I'm on a painters' budget over here. :0) (not starving...lol...slightly rounded) ... show more

I bought this item twice. The first time around it wasn't packaged in a box, only sent with a thin piece of plastic wrapped around it. This resulted in a very beat up product by the time UPS got it to my door. It was no problem getting it returned and a replacement shipped out. Thank you seller! The replacement was boxed this time and the product came undamaged. I do think it's very pricey for what it is however. One could easily make their own and save quite a bit of money. I'll do that next time, but in a pinch this was a good solution. I plan to gesso the boards and do acrylic paintings directly on them. ... show more

I ordered these cradled panels for a new series I’m painting—usually I make my own panels, but I thought I’d save time and try these out. They are relatively inexpensive compared to what I’ve seen out there…my first pleasant surprise is that they were delivered the next day! Second lucky surprise is that they came completely intact…surprised because they were packed w/ no padding around the corners (usually a vulnerable spot.) So far I m very satisfied with the quality and value and really happy about speedy delivery! ——— OK, after painting on them, I have to warn that they WARP! I tend to use lots of layers and LOTS of paint and medium. The panels are relatively lighter weight than the ones I used to make… To remedy, I coated the back side with clear acrylic medium and weighted it down. Seems ok now, but I probably would not buy them again. ALSO, I have found out the hard way that the measurements vary. So, if you’re making a diptych, they may not even up when you hang them (butted together.) ... show more
