The curtains are great and I love the way they look but customer service is terrible. When I originally placed my order they contacted me and said they would like to send me one set of panels to see if the size is going to be correct before they shipped everything which I agreed to. The problem is it takes so long to get the ones you actually ordered that by the time those come in your window for return on the other ones has expired and they would not accept the return on the ones that are too short. Would not recommend purchasing from this company. Only reason it got 3 stars is because I like the curtains ... show more
