The quality at this price point was really impressive. The curtains are gorgeous. They are heavy and soft and feel much more expensive than they were. I got the 102inch and unfortunately need 108 inch so will be exchanging. But they made the return process easy enough so no complaints.

I was hesitant to purchase but after reading the reviews decided to give them a try….so glad I did! In the past I have always had my curtains custom made, but we recently moved out of state and I did not know anyone who could custom make my drapery. I knew I wanted something very neutral for this area. The fabric is beautiful! It’s the perfect weight, hangs beautifully! Even my husband noticed how nice they are! If you are on the fence, go for it! I am very particular and these are beautiful!!

I was nervous about making a big purchase like this (9 windows), but I was much more inclined because of all the reviews stating the customer service was great. They were right. I made a large purchase and they sent me a small portion of my order so that I can decide if these curtains were really what I wanted and they offered to alter them and custom make them. They were prompt in their responses and shipped the rest of my order immediately. The curtains themselves are beautiful and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Overall these are very nice drapes (love the fabric) for the money but the standard return when constructing pleated drapery is 3 1/2 inches. I kept looking at these after they were hung and couldn’t quite figure out why I didn’t love them like so many other reviews and here is a photo why….I don’t like seeing the white tape. I have requested 4 inch end returns on future orders. Will see what they say. For now it’s only a 2 star. Update: I contacted the seller and they will be happy to customize the return end width via messaging. I will be ordering more panels in the future.
