I wear an 8 in almost every shoe brand, but I sized down to 7.5 based on other reviews and they are still a tad big. Saw these on a FB ad for Amazon and had to have them! I definitely suggest treating them first, before wearing them, because the fabric does hold the smallest speck of dirt. As long as you treat them first, they’re amazing. I also suggest getting a thin pair of socks and putting them over the insoles. It keeps them from getting dirty or sweat stains. ... show more
