Beautiful Christmas lights
Color: Warm White & Multicolor
Review Image by Vickie Roberts Vickie Roberts
These lights are so beautiful. They have several different settings on the remote control from staying on to blinking and from white to multi color. You can also adjust the brightness on the lights. I have mine set on the dimmest setting in the picture. They seem to be very well made with sturdy, strong wire. I'm looking forward to enjoying these lights for years to come ... show more

Good for the price, tip about connecting multiple strands

I bought 3 sets of these a few years ago and they have all worked fine together and are just the right amount for our 9 foot tree. I combine them with warm white incandescent twinkle lights also. This year I had a different decorating use for one of the strands and figured it wouldn't be a problem to order another set that would match the two remaining stands when I put my tree up. Well, the strands look identical, but when I connected the new strand to an old one, I was annoyed that they were out of sync. I like to use the red/yellow fade to blue/green combination, and one strand was on red/yellow while the other strand was on blue/green. I figured I was going to have to live with just two strands on the tree this year, or order all new ones. I seem to recall that I had to play around with different controllers and the order in which the strands were connected in order to get them all to sync originally (no rhyme or reason that I could figure out, but they eventually all worked together). I tried experimenting with the new set and discovered that, while the connectors only seem to fit together in one direction, if I turned the male end of the connector 180 degrees and pressed it to the female end of an old strand, the lights would sync. Unfortunately, you can't fully connect them this way because of the "one direction" limitation of how the connection ends are molded. So, I used a small utility knife to scrape away enough of the connection housing so that I could securely connect one of the strands in the "wrong" direction. Though this makes no sense because I modified a connector on ONE of the old strands, they now all sync perfectly. I realize this is not a good solution for most people, but the MacGyver in me didn't want to settle for two strands on the tree, nor shell out $60 for 3 new sets, that I wasn't even convinced would all work together. I give the lights 4 stars because the original 3 did all work together out of the box and are still working well on their 4th season. They don't come with a remote but the controller is accessible enough that I can use it to change the settings if I want. They come with the standard modes in this price range, but sadly not a true, slow twinkle mode. ... show more

Amazing value
Color: RGB (Red, Green, Blue)
These lights look and work amazingly well. Super easy to hang and operate. Great length for the price. Would, and likely will, buy again.

Stopped working after 4 months but customer service fixed the issue immediately
Color: Warm White
At first, I was very pleased because the lights are very pretty. But they all of a sudden stopped working after four months of intermittent use. I could not find any troubleshooting directions anywhere. However, I contacted the seller and their customer service was amazing. They responded right away and offered to make the situation right, by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement, which I accepted. ... show more

Tough to Synchronize More than 1 set ...
Color: Multicolor
The lights actually look great .... nice deep colors ... I've been using sets like this for years , and the biggest problem is if you have a BIG tree and need more than one set. Whatever the make of my older set I don't know, but the controller made it so simple .. Instead of a button to cycle through the variations it had a dial, so if you set 3 sets together on slow fade for example they would all started together and stay together slowly changing the entire color of the tree ..... Cool !!! I thought this would be the new standard , but Nope ... We're back to the button again which is a pain in the ass .... In order to synchronize , you must put the 3 or 4 controllers together ..... Get them all to full on .... then press the buttons altogether at exactly the same time... Thoughtful design .... Isn't it ....??? Don't you hate it when you find the perfect something and when it breaks whatever is out there isn't as good ....!?!?? Other than the syncing problem ..... Nice Lights ....! Oh something else ..... At the high tech Chinese factory where they make these sets, .....they don't always put the lights in the same order !?!?? 🤣 For example 2 of my sets lit red, blue, green, amber ..... But my 3rd set lit amber, blue, red, green ....??? Which means I had to sit on the floor and rearrange 200 bulbs into the same order as the other 2 sets ....!!!! Isn't Christmas More Fun Now .....Lol ... 😁😁😁 Update .... The Next Year ....!!! Take the lights out .... Lay them out , plug them all in... They all light ... !!! Put 3 sets on the tree .... Greens and Amber start burning out faster than I can replace them... !?? That's IT !!! NEXT YEAR. FIND 4 SETS OF 100 AS CHEAP AS I CAN FIND.... BUY MAYBE 6 FOR SPARE BULBS ... NO MORE FADING OR TRYING TO DO SOMETHING NICE .... !!! THE STUFF IS ALL CRAP ... NOT STRESSING ANYMORE ....LOL ...🤬 ... show more
