This mattress has surpassed all of my expectations. It arrived promptly and was pretty heavy (grab a friend to help!) but slid out of the box readily and was simple enough to unroll and set up. The letter opener that was included worked well to cut the plastic and it inflated quickly. We let it sit for two days before moving it to our bedroom and it completely inflated. It feels firm (but not too firm!) and well made. We've been sleeping on it for about a week and both my hubby and I love it. I was incredibly hesitant to buy a mattress online but we just didn't have the budget to go to a store and buy a "real" mattress. This is nicer than the Beautyrest I paid 850 for 5 years ago (and started sagging after 1 year). I'm so pleased! There were no smells, it's a fantastic buy, if you're looking for a great mattress at a wonderful price, don't hesitate. :)

This mattress is very comfortable, just the way I like it! Trust me when I say this was a good choice. Great value for the money. Excellent Support. Thickness is true to size. I got 12” inches. I’m sleeping so good. Suggested to wait 72 hours before sleeping on it. Wasn’t happy about that, but I waited. Worth the wait!

I've had back surgery, and was anxious, about a new mattress, since I haven't bought one in years and had never slept on a hybrid. This was firmer than I expected, but surprisingly comfortable. It will expand to about 80 percent of its height in a few hours, but I waited the full 3 days as the instructions suggested. The compressed mattress box is heavy, but it's not so bad once you unbox and unroll it. I recommend you place it where you want it to be before making the final cut to expand it. Overall, I'm glad I bought it.

I was skeptical, but for the price point I'm incredibly impressed by this mattress, I got the 14 inch king and it IS firm, but still has a wonderful amount of cushion, My spouse says it is a little too firm for them so we did get a foam topper, but I felt the mattress was nice without it and slept well, I'm only a couple nights in, but will update if anything changes

My expectations of this mattress weren't terribly great given the relatively low price. But I'm actually pretty impressed, for what it is. The quality seems to be quite good. So far, it's a little firmer than I would like if I were sleeping on it regularly, although, to be fair, it says you're supposed to let it fluff up for three days (!), and I've only done half of that so far. So, it's a pretty firm mattress, but with very good spring support (which I so prefer to hot memory foam) and a very cool feel to it. It has a little bit of a smell to it, but most of them do, and the smell is not so offputting to me to be problematic. The one thing I notice – taking into account that 72 hours have not yet passed, of course – is that the "pillowtop" seems to be a little crooked, and the springs poke up a little into that pillowtop layer. Where it's the most crooked you can kind of feel the springs pretty strongly at the edges, which I'm sure is not the intention. Now, maybe in 36 more hours, that pillow top is gonna perk up so much that those springs disappear right into the mattress, but I kind of doubt it. But no matter to me. It's a couple hundred dollars for a queen-sized mattress with a normal warranty. That's pretty darn good. I'm using it to put another bed in a guestroom that formerly did not have one, so this bed is unlikely to be used very often. I can quite imagine that it will stay in very good shape for a good long while, from what I can tell so far.

Yet to try it out. Had to hire two strong guys to get it up the stairs. One heavy mother F..... Make sure you lay the box across the bed before you open it. Cut the box open ONLY...THEN roll the mattress in plastic back and forth until you get the cardboard removed from bed. Roll the plastic wrapped mattress to center of bed before you cut open the plastic. Once plastic is open the mattress will expand....wait for it! Then POP! THE MATTRESS EXPLODES OPEN! GOOD LUCK!
