The previous hubcaps were loose and noisy. My mechanic wanted me to replace them upon purchasing the vehicle three years prior. Years later, he got to replace them. He said there was a lot of space on the caps and had to clean and paint the rims themselves in order for the new replacements to look as fabulous as they do. They looked fine but felt very cheap. I put them on my car and they fit perfect. However, after I drove 2 miles (on the street from my house to the gas station) one was really loose I made sure to secure it and as I drove onto the freeway another one fell off! I ordered this set when the one of the original hubcaps on my Toyota fell off while I was driving and got lost. When I asked my dealer how much it would cost me to replace the original hubcaps, the number they quoted was like ninety bucks. No way. So I ordered this very affordable set. The set fit on my car just great. No size or spec issues. However, the caps turned out to be a little flimsy. Even though they look like metal, they are made up of thin bendable plastic that cracks and falls apart easily under impact. I've already chipped and tore two of them on two different parking episodes. So you need to be careful when parking. These caps crack and splinter at the slightest contact with a curb stone or any other hard object. That's the first thing you should keep in mind. Secondly, make sure you install them correctly in a way to reveal the tire valves. If the valves remain hidden under the hub caps, you need to take the caps off when there is a need to inflate your tires. That creates the possibility that you might again crack or damage these flimsy caps. But if you install them the correct way the first time around you would eliminate that possibility. After all is said and done, I paid under $30 bucks for the set of four. So if worst comes to worst I think I can order another set -- and install carefully and drive carefully this time around; you bet. Good honest value for the price. Just remember that they are not made of metal and treat them accordingly. Recommended. ... show more

I was a little worried base don review as to quality. The are EXACTLY the same as the stock covers on my Toyota, with out the symbol in the center. EXACTLY the same. In addition, other on line sellers are selling these for twice as much or more - at supposedly a large discount. Got these after my daughter lost one (or was stolen) from her Honda Civic. Since, October, they have performed flawlessly. Still in place, and they look great. They were very easy to install. Total time to install --- like 10 minutes, give or take. I would buy them again for any other vehicle I have that might need them. Believe me, these were like $25 for a set of 4.
