Over the years we've worn out several small wet vacs, often because the extractor head was of cheap lightweight plastic. This piece is much more heavy duty than any of those. We have both a small and full sized shop vac, both of which we occasionally use for wet pickup. However neither of those have a head specifically built for wet pickup/cleaning like this, and it is great that the included adapters make it work for both size vacs. Good quality versatile product. Works well enough that I will consider ordering the larger version as well if we find a need for doing a larger cleaning job.
