This is my first backpack after my college (graduated 25 years ago). I just love this bag. It looks and feels like a Prada bag but thoughtfully-structured and well-sized to hold a laptop (up to 14 inches) and other essentials for work. I was not so much into Tumi ever but I am very happy with this bag. There are multiple compartments that I can utilize: a laptop compartment, a large zipper pocket, a small pocket, a bottle pocket (it even has a draining hole just in case your bottle leaks), a pen pocket, key holder (also reachable from the right side zipper from outside) are inside the bag. For outside, there are two zipper front pockets and side zippers. The left side zipper is to access to the bottle compartment and the right side zipper is to access the inside. There is a secret(?) pocket about 4 wide x 8 depth with a magnet closure between two straps near the top handle, it looks like a pocket for a phone but not sure. There is another key holder outside. Lastly, there is a loop (a pocket(?) without bottom) to place the bag on top of your luggage but I use it to clip my badges for easy access.
