The media could not be loaded. I have always ordered directly from Tumi or the Tumi store so when I found a reputable seller on Amazon I was excited. This is the exact same luggage you get in store and possibly better warranty as you can upgrade it via Amazon. I’ve have many Tumi backpacks, small vanity bags, and luggages. They all hold up very well, look fashionable, modern, very functional, and their wheels are so smooth. This is my first 19 degree model for shorter trips around 4-5 days and I’m super happy with how it arrived with all the wrappings and tags/protection. It was perfect (zero prints / scratches) and better condition then what the store give sometimes. As it came boxed directly from the manufacturer. If you’ve never seen the 19 degree models in person, it is def good to check it out but I can say I pack heavy with 3-4 shoes, 10 shirts, 5 jeans, suits, jackets, lots of vanity kit items, and all the extra accessories with no issues (always around 48-49 lbs at check in). Everything inside is standard but I do enjoy the extra expansion zipper if needed when I buy more on my trip to take home. Along with the attention to detail their zippers, TSA combo locks, handles, and name engraving is fun! 10/10 will order again.

I love this case, it is the perfect size, great for a couple of weeks travel but expandable so I can buy some things while I'm away and still have lots of room to fit everything on my return journey. I have a 19 Degree Aluminium case, I use as a carry on and between the two, they make a great matching pair or individually depending on my travel plans. The quality of this case is perfect, it just feels nice to use, pack and wheel through an airport.

So let me start with how this is way out of my price range. My last luggage set was half the cost of this for three... so that's all I can compare to.. but WOW. First lets talk design. Can you say beautiful? The shine, the vibrant color, the design... all amazing. Plus antibacterial whatever they put on the outside just adds to the aura of this luggage. Oh the wheels.. they are amazing.. They just glide and I think that is my favorite part about this. It reminds me of ikea carts.. so smooth. Second up.. functionality... its a great size luggage for two people who don't overly pack. I used this for both me and my husband weekend trip to Vegas and it really did wonders. Now this does need to be checked as it is too big for a carry on. I love the different compartments that I can zip and not have our clothes mingle. So the other... there is a tracking functionality if you were to lose it. But dont think of GPS or anything like that.. its basically a number you register with the company and if it gets lost they can track it that way.. but Im not sure what airline would do that for you. Also the video showed a USB thing.. there is no USB in this model. Also theres a metal piece that is on the top.. I think that is where it can be engraved. Other than that it is just a piece of random design. I think its a wonderful suitcase that has held up through 3 trips so far. If it starts to degrade I will definitely update my review as this is a hefty price tag that needs to hold up for YEARS. But as far as right now I Am sold on this company.

We've had this suitcase now for 6-months and it's joined us on multiple cross-country journeys (both by air and ground transportation), so I think we have given it a really fair test. First note, the size we have will NOT fit in the overhead. At the 6-month mark, I can say it has surprised me with how well it has held up. When I first received it, the waves/texture paired with the gloss finish immediately gave me serious concern. I figured it'd look terrible after the very first trip (we always check luggage, by the way, so it hasn't been babied.) However, I can say that from a distance of 3-4 feet away, it could pass for almost new. The gloss/sheen is still there and it hides defects fairly well. Please see the pictures for a good look. Up close, you can definitely see some scuffs, but from afar, it looks great. As for the luggage itself, it's very lightweight and sturdy. I really appreciate the included luggage tag. It rolls really well. The handle extends to different heights which is handy. The zippers are a little odd (they are weirdly shaped to lock the luggage), but that's easy enough to get around. It can definitely accommodate two people for a few days. The expansion is nice for fitting everything back in on the return trip without compromising the structure of the luggage.
