Our small business decided to buy this tumblers only thing we wish you could have was for us to allow to choose colors like a full set of a single color at least in sets of 4 many of our customers loved the color purple so I had to buy a few times the whole box and thankful the rest of the cups still selling but would really work if we can buy in sets of 4 the same color. The description on the website said top rack dishwasher safe. The box and cups say hand wash only. I bought them because it said dishwasher safe. I put a cup and top on top rack of dishwasher to try it. It came out fine. I just hand washed the straws. This needs to pointed out on the website that the item will say hand wash only but they are safe for the dishwasher. thank you. ... show more

Drop one of these bad boys one time and they crack and break apart. Also, they aren’t thermal in any sense of the word. Pretty, love the matte texture, but they’re cheap. I’ve had two break out of the 4..... sooo that sucks.

I was a little hesitant to order at first. There are the same cups listed for $10+ more so I was worried this deal would be too good to be true. But I took a shot anyways and I am so glad I did! I was looking for an easy to clean reusable cup for my children. I was happy with the tumblers upon arrival, but now 24 hours within starting to use the cups the top of one tumbler began to separate, and the lid on another cracked when the tumbler knocked over on the counter. Very fragile. I do not recommend. ***Update - the Company has very good customer service and sent me another set. I'm not confident that these are that durable if you are looking for everyday use, but the customer service was very good. ... show more

I bought the 8 pack of these. After a few times knocking two cups over the outside and the inside separated. I have young kids so cups get knocked over often. But these only lasted 2-3 times. Also they only fell over to the table they were sitting on not all the way to the floor. On the plus side they do keep drinks cold. I would like to try the stainless steel cups from this brand. I just think these aren’t good for the clumsy (me) or for people with young kids where they will be knocked over. My mom spilt these with me and she has had no trouble yet. I am disappointed in these... I got them less than a month ago and one of the tumblers separated from the inside, the rubber seal often comes out so that you can’t screw the lid on, and I dropped one less than 2 feet off of my lawn chair and the outside badly cracked. They weren’t cheap and I have been hand washing them regularly (another annoying aspect is that they are hand wash only) so it’s not like they took a beating in the dishwasher. ... show more

I felt like I was taking a gamble with these because I've bought so many tumblers for my cold brew and have been let down countless time.s My biggest gripe with plastic tumblers like this is getting an easy and good seal on the lids. Like, how is that always the issue? Maybe I'm an idiot and don't know how to screw the tops on? That's definitely a possibility. Regardless, that's not the issue with these! Better than the Starbucks ones I've purchased in the past. I haven't dropped one of these yet, but anytime I drop the clear plastic ones, something breaks and I don't get that feeling with these. Cool colors and as another review mentioned, you can mix and match for added flair! I do wish they were translucent, but I can live without that if the quality is there!
