I actually got this mat a day earlier than expected. I've already used it several times and it definitely has enough padding to keep me safe when I'm doing front flips over it. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sponge of the mat is uneven and it has dents on both sides so I am a little concerned about the unevenness of it as shown in the pictures that I've attached, but it is thick enough to absorb my weight and the mat isn't so uneven that I would roll off of the mat as a result.
