I ordered this thinking it was a crash mat as it's advertised as although it's just a piece of foam covered in a cloth zip up case. Not only am I disappointed in the cloth as it would have to be take off and washed and could not just be cleaned off with cleaner but also the foam is not that dense. The local upholstery professional tells me this piece of foam cost about $50. Don't waste your money on this ... show more

I actually got this mat a day earlier than expected. I've already used it several times and it definitely has enough padding to keep me safe when I'm doing front flips over it. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the sponge of the mat is uneven and it has dents on both sides so I am a little concerned about the unevenness of it as shown in the pictures that I've attached, but it is thick enough to absorb my weight and the mat isn't so uneven that I would roll off of the mat as a result.
