Expect to receive the hands all bent out of shape. They come in baggies inside a bag after all. But a little bit of effort straightening them up and it's good. Hope they give me years of good service. Great way to fix your clock and stop adding to the landfill.

When package arrived all of the hands were bent. They are only made with a super thin material which is not a big deal but the packaging was just a plastic shipping bag with nothing to support it to prevent the item from being damaged.

These are great for what you pay for. The hands will come a little bent, but they’re easy to bend and straighten I wasn’t expecting perfection for the price but it is perfect for the price

These are very reasonable in price. However the hands are quite flimsey and if not adjusted just right they will catch on each other. They also have quite a short spindle and will only work on a very thin clock, or if you router the back out. Also there is no hanging mechanism and you need to buy hangers or figure something else out. ... show more

I love the investment and probably will order more from this company. My only pet pee is the way it was packed. Two of the hands were slightly bent. Other than that shipping time frame was great and I feel it was a great investment.
