When we utilized it for the first time, I anticipated that people would be interested in it for perhaps fifteen to twenty minutes before moving on to something else. Instead, it became the focal point of everything that was going on for a significant portion of the day. Due to the fact that the arrangement was more informal than difficult, children wanted to take turns, adults joined in, and even those who are not typically interested in playing organized games found themselves taking part. That was the most significant victory for me. It was not necessary to provide a lengthy explanation, and nobody had to take a break and figure out the regulations for a third of the day. It would be sufficient to just put on the gloves and begin throwing the ball; the rest of the game would develop spontaneously from there. In order for this set to be successful, it must have a feeling of activity without being frustrating. The presence of water alters time, movement, and response speed, which results in a typical throwing game being more fun almost immediately. The movement of bouncing made each throw less predictable in a positive sense, which kept everyone aware and smiling rather than simply going through the motions of the game. Some of the throws were accurate, while others skipped in surprising places; the fact that the game was unpredictable contributed to the enjoyment of the game rather than making it frustrating. I was surprised by the amount of enthusiasm that it brought to the entire event.
