The size and fit on this glove is perfect for a 5 year old. A problem we see with most of our players are oversized gloves at this age. It’s soft enough that it doesn’t need to be broken in. The first time we tried it on, the adjustment strap broke on one. Later during that same practice, the other strap broke. You can tie them together and jerryrig a replacement but it is a bit disappointing they break on first use. Otherwise I would still recommend this. ... show more

The glove fits my son well, and he says it is comfortable on his hand. Within a few uses though some of the stitching has already started to come undone.

Just as shown in pictures the clip came off where you tighten it when I pulled an my hand slipped but you can open it an put it back on easy to do , it is exactly as it says in the description fits my 3yr old perfectly he loves it
