Bought true to my size, medium. I am 5'6" and 165 pounds. I normally by 30" X 30" pants. They fit like a glove. I bought a second pair immediately. I have not washed them yet, probably will not put them in the dryer. I love everything about this brand. My second favorite is Nike, but Nike lacks a true pouch with their products. These have an ergonomic fit for the boys, and are very comfortable. The waistline fits good, and will not be sticking out over my pants. Most long underwear seems to reach my belly button. They are reasonably warm, and as it hasn't dropped below freezing the real test for that is yet to come. I could have another inch or so to my waist and they would still fit, although compression would increase. If you are up to a 32" waist get medium, any bigger would be large. I may have to order a third set, I already have white and dark grey. This brand really is awesome on the fit and quality of their products. Thanks Tesla, your brand fits me. (They will not fit every body as well-that is just clothing)

These are GREAT for keeping the cold at bay!!!! Only issue is, unless your built like the guys in the photos, and just like any spandex; the top of the thermals will curl over under any type of belly rolls you might have. I dont consider myself fat by any means, but I have a little belly (dad bod) and I find myself having to pull them up constantly because the tops roll. Buy a size larger if you're like me :)

I have a muscular Dad bod, and I'm about 6'1, 265. The extra large is what the size chart suggested, but they're a little long, and fairly loose. The waist band on these could fit a size 55 waist. Get the large.

Came in handy more then once on the colder nights when snow / ice was in the area. Through these on back and forth to work for just in case purposes. Glad I did. Hit traffic and was stuck out for 30 extra minutes. To be honest I almost didn't notice because of these and how warm I was.
