The urns arrived in excellent condition. They were wrapped in soft paper, then in a plastic bag, then a styrofoam wrap around the widest section and styrofoam padding surrounding the lid and base. Boxed indidually, then both in a shipping box. A fine cloth bag enclosed with each urn. No scratches or wear visible. The polished brass was beautiful. The delivery was fast.

Beautiful craftsmanship. It is more than enough to carry my nephews ashes. The lid is easy to open and closes securely so nothing leaks out. Before my nephew passed he asked to be cremated. His father asked if anyone wanted to partake of his ashes. We divided his ashes for seven people and my urn was a perfect size for what I wanted. It sits in my curio case with my fathers memorabilia and I feel a little peace every time I see it.

Losing my mother was extremely devastating! I was in shock. But, I wanted to ensure her final wishes were granted. I'm on a tight budget and I wasn't going to store my mother's remains in the box the crematorie provides. So, I ordered this lovely urn and had it delivered to the funeral home. It was exactly as pictured, it's her favorite shade of blue and the laser etched Tree of Life added a nice touch. It's sturdy metal with a screw on top.

I bought this for my Grandmas ashes and I must say it is so beautiful and I just know she would have loved this. The artwork is beautiful without being to shiny and taking away from what is really import. I loved the color of it and the tree was just the perfect touch. By the time she passed she was around 240lbs and we were able to store all of her ashes inside. We even had room for notes that we added as out last messages to her. Perfect amount of storage. The price was alot better than most we saw and I am glad we choose this.
