Just received my Sea Moss. I immediately took a table spoon of it and it took a minute to get it down. I can't really describe how it tastes. It felt like gel and to me the flavor is mild. Let see what happens.

I initially enjoyed this sea moss gel when I first purchased it. It came in a large jar and had a pleasant taste with a smooth, jam-like texture that wasn't sticky at all. I used about half of the jar before deciding to dispose of it. However, I didn't notice any actual health results or benefits during the time I took it. Furthermore, this product was recently flagged under an official safety recall due to a lack of required regulatory authorization and temperature monitoring records for pH-controlled food products. Given the safety recall and the lack of noticeable benefits, I cannot recommend this product. Look elsewhere for options with proper safety documentation and reliable ingredients. While I can’t speak for the benefits since it’s only been a few weeks, that consistency and taste is not my favorite. It’s really thick but smooth. Think of blue magic hair gel if you know what that is. That flavor was ok, but I’ve had another brand that I actually wanted to eat everyday. This one, I have to force myself to eat it.
