This is nice and thick tint and pleasant to work with. I’m very happy with the outcome and the tint kit had everything you except the baby shampoo and water. The customer service is excellent and shipping was fast. I’m a novice, but can usually follow directions fairly well and do all the maintenance on my car. That said, after watching videos, I knew this was going to one of the more difficult tasks I had to do on my 15 year old car. I ordered double of everything for practice and so glad I did. I wish I had a garage to do this in, but mine is only a one car garage and not large enough to open my doors fully. I did this work outside, under a 10x10 canopy with 18 mph gusts and pollen falling from the trees. One of the worst possible situations. I wonk up at 8 am, and I took off my door panels so I didn’t have to deal with the 15 year old seals on the bottom and could mist the window with hose and solution more readily. I did all four side windows first. I just got the hang of it by the time I finished my last window. I cleaned everything multiple times, up to the last second before applying to the window to limit contamination. Definitely glad I got the doubles of everything. The second time went much better with the heat shrinking and everything. Sides installed nearly perfect with a couple spots at the top probably from my finger. I can live with it. Mad respect for the professionals. On the back window. I forgot about doing the back window shrinking the dry method. And did it the same way I did the other windows. Big mistake. I took lunch and watched about 4 videos on heat shrinking rear windows. I used the H method and it was going fairly well until a gust of window lifted the film into my heat gun. I couldn’t recover it and just practiced on the rest of it before contacting customer service about my mistakes. All in all, I spent the better part of day for the whole process, but it would probably go much quicker in a garage or warehouse. I still think if you are inexperienced it will take much longer than two hours. Customer service was quick to respond and sent out a replacement tint. I’m going to wait for perfect conditions and install it. If I can’t do it, I’ll bring the film in and pay someone to install it. Take your time, be careful about contamination, order extras of everything, and watch plenty of videos before you start. The instal kit is handy too, so be sure you have the right tools. The tint is excellent and my car already feels cooler on hot days.

great product and customer support. frankly tinting diy (especially Tesla) is not easy since tesla windows have a lot of curvature that needs shaping before attaching the film on the window. I failed rear window which has too much curve, however door windows were successful that are relatively easy. so, if you don't have any window tint experience, this is my advices. (1) try door windoows first, and if you have confidence then try rear window. (2) try from rear door window first that is much easier than front door window, then you can get some skill during rear door window installation. I did start from front door window and failed it,, however very kindly seller provided replacement film for the failed one immediately. the product quality is good as advertised.

No matter how careful you are, getting the plastic cut up to the precut line is impossible without ripping the actual tint. Terribly design. It’s a shame because it’s quality tint but now it’s wrapped up in a ball in my trash can. I can’t wait until Wednesday morning when the garbage truck halls it away!!

Shoutout to this AWESOME company!! I researched reputable pre-cut window tint companies on the web so i can window tint my car myself! Placed an order thru TRUE LINE and got my order. Watched videos and read how to's on tinting windows an decided to try my luck. I completely fumbled a few of the tints. I messaged them about what it would take to get another set of cuts for my car and to my surprise UPS knocked on my door and it was another set of tints!! Im just still so shocked at how awesome it was for them to do that without me knowing. Much love yall thank you for a 2nd chance at this.

The tint is very good quality. Issue with missing the extra driver window and installation kit. Sent the rear window for the hard top instead of ragtop. Talked to customer service and they were very quick to respond and issue a refund. I used the driver and passenger tint. Looks very good no issues went on flawlessly. Very happy in that aspect. Possibly need a checker on items shipped that's all. But all in all I'm happy with it.

Excellent customer service!! Tint was a perfect fit, I didn't have to cut at all.. and when I messed up I sent them an email and the sent me replacements ASAP.. all my cars will be having TRUE LINE from now on and I will be recommending them to everyone!

I was worried this would be those ugly purple colored tint. It was a neutral brown/tan color. Very happy with the clarity and heat rejection. Tint shrinks well with a low heat gun setting. Tint feels a little on the thin side compared to other brands I've used before. Cuts are accurate. No additional trimming needed. Package arrived in a nice box with labels of each window. I would order again if i had the need. Very Happy with this product. I recommend you order a practice window so you can learn how the tint shrinks.
