This is a clean, easy to use, great tasting product. It has no sugar or sweeteners whatsoever. I use this to flavor my water, add it to my black tea or iced tea, and sometimes sprinkle it over vanilla ice cream to get a delicious dessert that's not plain vanilla ice cream. The quantity is excellent for the price. This product is often around $5-7 in stores for a mere 50 packets. I've bought the other flavors before. They're all wonderful. If you're an enjoyer of a citrus twist to your soda/cola/pop, you can add a packet of this and it is absolutely ambrosia.

Changing this to a Full Five Star Review (was 4-stars)... I have figured out how to get rid of the humid-sticky problem. A box of 500 easily stores in a gallon freezer zip-lock baggie. I immediately took my last box, put all the packets into the zip-lock, and place in the Freezer! I found out that if you do have packets that seem to have gained some humidity inside the packet. This can happen easily and is not an actual problem (as some reviewers have claimed) AND is VERY easily prevented... Just keep the packets in the Freezer! I've not had ANY problem with the sticky powder. It even works on the packets I had left out in the pantry, tending to be affected by the humidity. (We have a very old house and it's far from being shut up tight like modern homes.) So store your packets in the Freezer and you will not have this problem, making every packet easily used in actual powder form. On this last order (below), I have had a few packets totally empty of powder, but it's been less than 10 packets and a fairly non-issue. The percentage of how many have no powder in them is negligible. ---updated 9-4-2026 ~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm about to make my 4th order of the 500-packet box. Authentic taste (ought to be! LOL) and brightens every thing I use it. Primarily I use it to drink more water. I have never liked the taste of water--but this crystalized lemon is fantastic! I generally have a water bottle (23.7oz) and I use three packets--I really like that lemon taste! Only con (and it's just a hassle) is the moisture in the packets. I don't consider this spoiled, most likely the humidity from the process condenses and you get the moist, fruit chew consistency. It dissolves just as fast and easy as when it's just in the powder form. My first box of 500 had very few packets like this (maybe 30?), but the 2nd box was closer to 50/50, and the last order (which is almost finished), it was more like 80%. I don't like it. It takes more time to disengage the powder from the inside of the packet and it takes a steady hand to keep all of it together & into the bottle. It's definitely a negative, but the only one. If they could just refine their preparation method making the crystalized lemon, where there is no condensation (or whatever it is) in the packets--now THAT would make this a 10/10 product. I give it 4 stars, but it's more like 14 out of 15, it's minor, but aggravating. Doesn't stop me from buying it - no added sugar? Perfect!
