This is a really nice underlayer shirt. The fabric is soft and sweat-wicking - so putting this under ski/winter gear and heading up on the mountain is great. Honestly, I have just been lounging around the house wearing this too...so it's multi-functional. As you would expect from an underlayer, the arms are tight to the skin and a little longer than you may need, so you can hold on to the cuff while pulling sweaters and jackets over the top. OVERALL: This is a nice shirt with the right sizing to be a functional layer in sport and seasonal activities.

I have been curious about True Classic ever since their frequent advertisements on YouTube. Unfortunately, I don’t think their distinct cut flatters my figure. I am a 6-foot tall man who weighs 212 pounds. After reading the other reviews, I decided to purchase an XL when I normally wear a Large. The shoulders are a little too wide and the belly a little loose. The length is great, though. I just don’t think it fits that well. I would like to try a large before writing True Classic off. In XL, I look fatter than I actually am. Maybe it is how the fabric hangs. The fabric itself feels great. It is great for exercise. I love how light and comfortable the material is. Overall, the size and fit is a little atypical. Experimentation with size is needed.

This is a stretchy, tight-fitting shirt, not a loose cotton t-shirt, to be clear from the start. I wear this style of shirt for work almost every day in the cool and cold months, as an under shirt. This True Classic is probably the nicest one I have - very comfortable, good fit, lightweight but substantial and no cheap-feeling. This is not a heavy shirt and doesn't take the place of a sweatshirt or heavier shirt made for warmth, but if you're active and just need a light, long-sleeve layer, this is perfect. There's nothing not to like here and I'll consider buying more. I like the white and could use some black and grey ones. My first experience with this brand, and it has been good enough that I will see what else they have.

I absolutely love the look of this on my husband. It’s smoothing, structured, and comfortable for him to wear. He’s a size large and would say that it’s true to size. The fit is loose in the places that matter and tight in the places that need more structure. The material is dry-fit and, as a runner, he’s really enjoyed how cool this keeps him while running. A great gift for the man in your life!

The shirt fits my husband but it is very thin/cheap material. For a low price I would have been happy with it but with a $35 price tag I expect more. At least better quality fabric or more detailed stitching. Online shopping has it's advantages but this shirt is a $5 store brand shirt, not a $35 workout shirt.

NOTE: I'm a Vine reviewer and received this product in exchange for an honest review. This was a pleasant surprise. Exactly as described. Roomy, lightweight, very soft and comfortable. Thoughtful "extras" like covered seams and "no label" at the collar to scratch your neck. Nice color -- grey/blue -- to boot. Great for sleepwear, or as a light top during cooler weather; might be best under another layer if it's very cold outdoors.

I have used the shirt primarily for loungin so far and have been pleasantly surprised. It is lightweight, soft and comfortable to wear. My only complaint is that it is a little large compared to other medium sized shirts I have purchased in the past. I paired it with a moisture wicking underlayer and the combination was warm. Great for a cold day in Minnesota.
