Please note: This system is designed to replace your factory OEM exhaust starting from the inlet of the muffler back. YOU MAY NEED A DIFFERENT INLET ADAPTER DEPENDING ON YOUR EXISTING EXHAUST. If your exhaust has been replaced or modified previously fabrication to the existing exhaust on your Jeep may be necessary for the proper installation of our kit. Jeeps with modified suspension or body lifts may also require fabrication of the exhaust or vehicle for the proper installation of our kit. This kit is ONLY designed for 4.0L models.

There were a LOT of modifications I had to make to get this to work on my '97 XJ. Sounds great, though. But not worth it for the effort I had to put into it. Everything was just the wrong shape.

    • Not a direct fit
This cat back exhaust sounds really good but it is NOT a direct fit . You have to cut a good bit off of the tail pipe and you have to cut at least 6 inches off where the muffler connects and you definitely need better clamps . The ones you get with this kit are garbage and break very easily. It's an OK product would I recommend? Kinda . Just not worth the hassle and not worth the price if you have to cut and modify it ... show more
