While shopping for a cat tree for a newly adopted kitten, I had in mind what I needed. Functional, not overly large, and nice enough for my home. I hit a home run with this. I received it two days earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble and has a small footprint. My kitten took right to it as you can see in the photos. Pros: Well made with all exposed surfaces covered it fabric (unlike some which have exposed wood) so it looks very nice in our living room, many places to scratch and lay (cats love scratching all over it) , easy to assemble Cons: a bit on the small side, would be best for small cats under 10 lbs or kittens, wobbles some with the cats on it, ideally if the tube section was about 4" larger in diameter it would make it more stable and the cats would go in it more, our 10 lb and 11 lb cats have been reluctant to go in the holes (but do go in holes in a larger tubular cat house we have for them), top bed is most enjoyed by our smaller cat Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the cats are using it. ... show more

We really like that this condo offered everything our kitties love but has a smaller footprint. Great for small spaces. Not great for large cats though. Our only issue is that I believe the wrong size screws were included and in the bottom bed as well as the the large middle platform they stick out almost two inches which isn’t safe or comfortable for the cat. We’re going to try to cut the screws to make it safe so hoping that will work. Other than this issue, we really like it. ... show more

Kalik started to crawl into the box as I was trying to remove the pieces! She doesn't typically like boxes so I was excited that this seemed to be a condo that she would use. I've had it for over a year now and she sleeps on the top and middle tier when she takes her cat naps during the day. First thing in the morning, she attacks the outside of the condo to stretch and scratch her claws. She's not wild about getting in the tube to play or sleep, but that's just not her thing. Kalik is 10 lbs. and is a rough player so I think this would hold up well for any cat up to at least 15 lbs. I like that the top bed is removable so that it can by laundered. I haven't washed it yet but it vacuums up nicely. ... show more

    • Particle board around drilled holes crumbled
First, I and my cat like this so I'm keeping it. BUT, putting the tower together became a major pain when the particle board around one of the drilled holes crumbled. I "fixed" the issue after first trying glue (no go). A washer and wing nut finally did the trick. Of course, now my cat can't use the bottom sleeping area because the wing nut sticks up--but I'll fix that with a piece of styrofoam, cut out the space for the wing nut and put a cushion on top with tape to keep it in place. But, despite the pain of putting it together, it's worth it--my critter is already enjoying it - so, 4 stars! ... show more
