The product has been installed for about 3 mos when the mirror separated from the backing & fell from the wall. It appears the only thing holding the mirror to the backing is double sided sticky tape. I sent a notice to the retailer asking what fix would they recommend. I have heard nothing back within the time period promised so I would advise if you want this product don't count on the retailer to honor the warranty or offer help to fix problems. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This mirror is very easy to install. Two person can install this in few minutes. One way is to connect the cable in the back of the mirror with electric socket, but I just connect it with a plug and use the outlet to turn it on because I want to keep my bathroom light on. Pressing two buttons is so cool in the dark bathroom. The Led brightness is adjustable. The defrost function works great. The mirror will be warm but it will never get burned. Nice backlit mirror that adds a modern sleek aesthetic to a small bathroom. Being backlit only, it doesn’t really provide much extra utility for doing makeup or for lighting up the room. Simply adds a nice aesthetic and some additional light, especially if you have light painted walls that it can reflect off of. Love how the mirror itself is frameless and it gives a very thick/substantial appearance over the typical cheap plate mirrors that are mounted with the small metal clips. Love the ability to adjust the color temperature to match the warmer tone of my vanity light. Installing the hard wired connection was super easy. Wouldn’t recommend buying if you plan on plugging in to a nearby outlet. The cord is only like 3 feet long max. Only major downside was that it was a hard to perfectly measure and install the drywall anchors and screws to make sure the mirror is properly secured and level. I ended up throwing out the screws and anchors that came with the mirror and using heavier duty drywall anchors and screws from Home Depot as I felt they would hold up better over time given the heavy weight of the mirror. Getting 2 screws lined up isn’t too difficult, but getting the mirror to mount to all 4 screws was very hard, even after tedious measurements and meticulous screw placement. A minor downside is that there is a slight delay for the mirror to turn on. I have our vanity light and mirror powered by the same switch and the light comes on instantly while the mirrors takes a second. I think the product could be improved by adding a mounting hole template to the box like they do with TV wall mounts to help with screw placement, or by switching from screws and eye holes to a cleat mounting system that simply requires you to install a level cleat on the wall and hang the mirror on it. ... show more

I did quite a bit of research and review reading on many websites before purchasing this one and I’m so happy with it. It makes my small bathroom feel so much bigger and so luxurious. I love the dimmer. My photos are with the light at its brightest. Have not used anti fogger yet. Installation was fairly easy, the hard part is measuring and getting it in the right place so it’s even. We bought different hardware at the store because what it came with seemed sort of cheesy for how large the mirror is. I don’t want it going anywhere so just to be safe! I only wish that it was a few inches taller for how it fits with our vanity. Tall people should definitely consider a taller mirror. Overall LOVE it and hoping it lasts a long time! ... show more

Good quality and love the anti-fog feature. Arrived quickly and without damage which I was worried about due to the size and shipping such a large size. We were able to have our electrician set this up so we could use both the buttons on the mirror to turn it on/off and the switch on the wall which was really nice. Only downside is the mirror lighting is behind the actual mirror so it can’t be inset so it’s flush which I was initially wanting. This sticks out off the wall by a few inches and the lighting illuminates around the outside of the mirror. If this was not in a corner it would bother me but perfect for the space we need it for! Bought two 24x32 units to replace and update a double vanity in the master bath. Arrived promptly, extremely well packaged. No problems with either unit - they were securely packed. Installation instructions were simple and easy to follow. Wiring is low profile, with enough extra cable to allow unit to be hardwired horizontally or vertically. Chose to trim the excess cable by about 6" to keep mirrors as flush to wall as possible. Mirrors worked first time. NOTE: There is a second or so lag from the time the switch is touched to the lights actually coming on. Took a min or so to get used to. Anti fogging/light intensity settings remain same between uses. Can dim by simply holding light button. Very intuitive. Backlight is nice - plenty of light without the harshness. ... show more

Easy to install. Its bright and you can dim it anytime. The product arrived without any type of damage at all. It took forever to arrived because of some annoying glitch in amazon accounting process because out of 3 different items i purchased, this one got cancelled for some reason that had nothing to do with my amazon credit card that i completely know of coz it had a lot of funds to fund it so the shipping date was extended twice. I made sure that UPS waits when i had to inspect the merchandise. Ive seen all other reviews, and they said the mirrors were coming up broke so i didnt take any chances. This one had no issues but just the billing. I love my mirror! I will buy a smaller one nxt time. Hope the LED light and the antifog feature will last forever. Only time can tell.
