  • Titan Scope rings review
Size: 1-inch Style Name: 0.80" Centerline
These are super nice rings for my purpose. I've used a lot of other rings on various guns so I think I'm qualified to claim that these rings are superior to other rings in this price range.

  • Rock-solid stability and repeatable zero in a lightweight, no-fuss scope mounting solution.
Size: 1-inch Style Name: 1.00" Centerline
Okay, let’s look at these Triton ZeroShift High Performance Series Scope Rings. They’re machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, and you can tell the difference in quality the moment you handle them. No rough edges, no machining marks, and the anodized finish was uniform and solid. The torque specs etched directly into the rings - 18 in/lbs for the caps, 30 in/lbs for the base - which I don’t think is necessary as we know the specs anyway and extra marks on the rings are just a distraction. I got the 1.00" centerline height for a 1" tube optic on my AR platform, and it lined up perfectly with my cheek weld - no neck craning or awkward hold. Mounting was uneventful in the best way - four screws are holding the ring top, and two screws clam the rifle’s Pic rail. The screws thread in smoothly, and everything seats cleanly without needing to lap or modify. I used a torque wrench and followed the specs, and once everything was in place, the optic didn’t move - not even a hair. Over the next few weeks, I put around 200 rounds through the rifle, including some fairly stout loads, and not once did I notice a shift in point of impact. Even after removing and reinstalling the scope just to test repeatability, the zero stayed locked. Where these rings really earn respect is in their grip under recoil. I’ve had other mid-tier mounts that seemed fine at first, only to start wandering after a few range trips. The Tritons just don’t budge. Even after repeated range sessions and knocking the rifle around a bit during transport, they held firm. Note that the rings feature recoil stops at the base that help tremendously to maintain steady position under any condition. There’s a noticeable sense of trust when you don’t have to second-guess your mount between shots. That said, the product isn’t without minor gripes. The included Torx tool works, but the screw heads are a bit shallow. You need to be deliberate and careful during installation to avoid stripping or slipping. Also, while the rings are advertised for high-recoil setups, I’d hesitate to rely on them for ultra-heavy magnums or competition-level precision where even minor variances can matter. For most tactical and hunting setups though, they’re more than capable. All in all, the Triton ZeroShift rings did exactly what I needed them to do - hold my optic steady without fuss. They're well-built, easy to install correctly, and keep zero through hard use. For this price, I’d say they punch above their weight and give you peace of mind without overcomplicating things. If you’re looking for a rugged, no-frills mounting solution that actually delivers on the promise of zero shift, these are worth it. Bottom line: The Triton ZeroShift High Performance Scope Rings are solidly built from 6061-T6 aluminum, with a clean finish and precise fit. They hold zero flawlessly even after repeated firing and scope removal/reinstallation, thanks to strong recoil stops and reliable grip. Installation is smooth, though the screw heads could be deeper for easier torqueing. While ideal for most AR platforms and standard recoil setups, they might not be the best for ultra-heavy magnum or precision competition rifles. Overall, they offer excellent performance and durability at a great value - reliable, no-nonsense rings that do exactly what they claim. 5 stars in my book, highly recommended! Pros: 1. Precision-machined from durable 6061-T6 aluminum. 2. Uniform anodized finish with no machining flaws. 3. Smooth, clean installation with no lapping required. 4. Holds zero reliably under recoil and after remounting. 5. Recoil stops improve stability and repeatability. 6. Torque specs etched on rings for convenience. 7. Excellent fit for AR platforms and standard optics. Cons: 1. Screw heads are shallow and require careful torqueing. 2. Included Torx tool is basic and not ideal for precise work. 3. May not be suitable for ultra-heavy magnum use. ... show more

  • Perfect Fit for My AR15, Rock Solid and Reliable
Size: 1-inch Style Name: 1.00" Centerline
I mounted the Triton Precision Scope Rings on my AR-15 with a 30mm LPVO, and they have been perfect. The fit is incredibly precise. Everything lined up cleanly during installation, and the machining quality is outstanding. You can tell right away that these are not just another set of generic rings. I went with a 1.35-inch centerline height to get the right alignment with my optic and cheek weld, and it sits exactly where I want it. The sight picture is fast and natural, which makes a big difference during quick transitions and longer holds. Mounting was easy thanks to the clearly stated torque specs. I tightened everything to the recommended values, and once locked in, it stayed put. I’ve put several hundred rounds through the rifle since then, and my zero has held without any shift. Even with hard use and plenty of range time, nothing has come loose or moved. The anodized finish has held up well. It still looks great even after being tossed in and out of a range bag and used outdoors. The 6061-T6 aluminum construction keeps the weight down while still giving me complete confidence in the mount’s durability. One thing I appreciate is the repeatability. I’ve removed and reinstalled the scope just to test it, and the zero stayed the same. That kind of consistency is hard to find. If you’re running an AR-15 and want scope rings that are lightweight, tough, and completely dependable, this set from Triton delivers. It’s a product I trust and would buy again without hesitation. ... show more

  • Well Designed Scope Rings from a Reputable Company
Size: 1-inch Style Name: 1.00" Centerline
I’m familiar with the Triton brand as I have a Triton scope on one of my rifles, but I was unaware that the company also made scope rings. Although the rings I received are aluminum, they’re robust with four screws securing each upper half. Two extra hex head screws and a hex wrench were included with the rings. The rings’ heights were about an inch short for my application. A one-inch Picatinny riser was ordered to correct the height for proper mounting on my AR-10. These are the first rings I’ve seen with the torque specifications printed on the side. The specification numbers refer to in/lbs. I found a slight difference in the circumference of the upper and lower ring halves. The upper half was 0.95” according to my calibers, and the lower half was 1.05”. At first, I grew concerned that the difference might cause pinching on the scope from the upper ring half, but then I realized that the upper half doesn’t meet up with the lower half at the middle, but slightly above it on the curve of the scope. This was visually evident as I alternately tightened the screws while mating the two halves. When a company with Triton’s reputation states that their scope rings are designed to allow zero shifting, I trust that claim. I haven’t taken the scoped rifle to the range for sight in as yet since I’m still waiting for the Picatinny riser to come in, but when I do, I won't be blaming the scope rings if I can’t get it immediately sighted in. Most likely, the cause will be me flinching in anticipation of its heavy recoil. ... show more
