I bought two of these bookshelves almost a month ago in lieu of building built-in shelving as these seemed like a budget friendly option for now. My son and I put the first one together and I put the second one together by myself. All the hardware was present along with a few extras. Stickers were a perfect color match for the blue shelves, but I wish they had provided enough for all the exposed heads. It took a while to put together, but I spent a lot of time wallpapering the backing boards. The shelves are fixed with screws so they can withstand a good amount of weight; this was important to me as sagging shelves have been an issue in the past. The backer boards are individual by shelf and fully secured in slots and then again with corner reinforcements screwed on the back (time consuming, but ensures the boards won't warp behind the books). I was surprised that all my books fit even with some shelves being used for book display as I previously filled 6 of the cheap 5 shelf units from Walmart. I was even able to add my recent book purchases on the shelfs with ease. I did secure these to the wall as our floors aren't exactly level and they provided everything including pre-drilled holes along the top. The blue vinyl shelf covering is a good material and has held up well to books being put on and taken off the shelves with no marks or scratches. Turned out good. Perfect for my stuff. A beast to put together. Took about 2.5 hours solo. Thought the slimmer case would not work but it did. The second half that goes on top does not seem sturdy until you screw in the back panel. Instead of the stickers to cover screws, plastic rounds would be better. My old one came with those. (Different brand). I like that the dimensions are as listed. ... show more

The building process felt overwhelming in the beginning because there is A LOT of pieces, and it helped that me and my husband tackled it together. You will eventually need 2 people towards the end to connect the pieces on top of each other anyway. But once we got to Step 15 we started feeling like it was more redundant and easier after that. Overall it feels durable and i love the color (natural oak). It feels very stable, and it has screws and small brackets to mount it against the wall. Everything in our package was perfectly aligned and nothing off or missing. It is the perfect size for our studio, and while we don’t intend on using it for massive amounts of books, it holds other items very well. Stability is great! ... show more

This was very easy to put together. Yes, you should have two people to lift the top part onto the other part once you get it built or you can hulk it like I did lol. I added some wallpaper to the back of the shelves for some flair. I love it. Great product. Have a drill though.

This a good quality bookshelf. Takes some time to put together because of all the pieces but well worth the effort. Sturdy and all pieces were there and in good condition with no damage from shipping. I wish it could have come with more screw/hole sticker patches but not a big deal. The cherry wood color goes perfect with my real wood cherry cabinet. 10/10 recommend ... show more
