I had been thinking about buying one of these for years. My only regret is not buying it sooner. The video won't be as clear while viewing through the phone app. However, the videos are extremely clear once uploaded to your computer. I plan to take this on my future hunts.

    • will not interface with my iPhone
I like everything about it except the fact that I cannot get it to interface with my iPhone, and customer support is very poor. Digging through the internet for hours has not produced a hint how to resolve the issue. I can only conclude that the unit is defective. I will return it but I have to pay the shipping. I feel abused. Defective unit, no customer service, and now I have to pay to return it. AMMENDMENT: I found out what I was doing wrong and was able to interface the TriggerCam to my phone. So what did I do wrong? I was waiting too long between accessing the TriggerCam wifi and linking it with the app. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the instructions could be a bit more complete and there is a fraction of a second delay between scope and screen. ... show more

    • Chinese App With No Data Privacy Policy On App Store
I purchased mine directly from the manufacturer. The app version required for mine (Triggercam BSP) requires (REQUIRES) location and network scanning permissions to run -- but does not have a privacy policy published on the App Store. They may be the nicest people on Earth, but this this is totally unacceptable. ... show more

This item is not easy to use, does not work well in low light has limited range. And while customer support is responsive through email it's not great. I expected more for the price.
