The structure is fine. The wood shelves look awful, which is one of the main visual piece of the shelf. I thought it was just me and a visiting friend immediately commented “the finish looks like a wooden sticker.” The edge between sides on the wood is much lighter which emphasizes the “sticker” look. I like the overall design quite a bit but am terribly disappointed in the wood itself. I realize you get what you pay for, but this shelf should be a $50 situation based on what I received. Update: the buyer is responsible for shipping which I have since learned equals the same costs as the shelf so returning this is simply breaking even. ... show more

Didn't take long to put together sturdy for albums and CDs I was afraid it would overwhelm our small room, but the open shelves make it less imposing. I only wish the company made a single unit, so I could add one more section

This bookshelf is just perfect! It looks great and is very sturdy. I love the different levels of the shelves - it adds a little something extra so it's not just the same boring straight bookshelves. They were easy to put together and are very stable.

The bookcases look great once the are put together however the direction could have been a little more detailed. I had to figure some of the directions out by trial and error. Overall I love the look of them in my office.
