Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I am a very picky buyer and reading the previous reviews I was somewhat afraid to make this purchase. However, considering the price point and the real estate of desk space this offers I decided to go through with the purchase. Needless to say I am a satisfied customer. I'm writing this review after having this product for almost half a month using it every day. I received the package on time and upon opening the box and careful inspection all the contents were undamaged. Inside the package you should get three wooden pieces. One longer piece for the longer side of the desktop and one shorter piece for the other as well as a cutout wood piece that serves as a place holder for the square corner of the desk. Additionally you should receive 11 black bars (pieces) and 2 "U" bars in order assemble the base and framework underneath the desk. Lastly, there is a plastic bag containing a bunch of screws for assembly. There should be at least 16 "50*8mm" screws, 10 "45*5mm" screws and 5 mini screws. There is also a J screw and a screwdriver for the mini screws. Included as well is a instruction guide. Installation with one person took me about an hour to 2 hours because I was very careful in assembling it. Reading some of negative reviews revealed to me their dissatisfaction came from the assembly. It's simple really if you know what screws to use where and the instructions are very clear. The long screws (50*8mm) are used to connect the black bars and the U bars of the frame by using the J screw. The medium long screws (45*5mm) are used to attach the table top to the frame. I highly suggest to not tighten these screw too hard as some readjusting is need to accurately align the holes underneath the tabletop correctly with the holes of the frame. The 5 mini screws are needed to connect what is called "M shape joints" of the frame which you'll need a hammer to slightly and CAREFULLY knock into place and the hold together using these mini screws. If there was difficult part of this assembly i was aligning the medium long screws through the bars and then into the table top. It is doable tho just dont overtighten each screw because if you do it will be difficult to align the proceeding holes correctly. Once all the screws are attached and through the tabletop you can go back and tighten them all. Durability and stability is solid and this thing can hold a bunch of books, my 27" monitor, speakers, keyboard etc. I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to because I thought'd I'd clarify and offer some insight on the assembly process of this product. This is actually my first time writing a review. When I get the chance I'll attach some photos of the desk and a picture of the instruction guide in case for some reason someone receives this product without an instruction. I'm writing a long-ish review for those who are interested in a more detailed feedback. TLDR; The desk is sturdy, stylish, and can be put together by a single person. It is priced competitively to similar desks. The model I received had a few very slight blemishes, but it doesn't take anything away from the function or overall look of the product. PROS: - Very sturdy - Looks good - Lots of space - Easy to put together by single person CONS: - Instructions were vague and parts were poorly labeled - Slight imperfections in a couple locations Overall, I really like this desk. It has a lot of surface space and looks really good assembled. I am a relatively short petite female and was able to successfully assemble the desk by myself and flip it into the upright position. This is not to give the impression that it is flimsy. I am able to and have sat on this desk and wiggled around without it wobbling. The instructions are not super clear (I believe a few others have commented on this) and my parts were not labeled well. It appears that the company who manufactures these must be small as my parts were hand labeled. This being said I was still able to figure out how which part went where and completed assembly in 1.5 hours alone and not completely focused. I imagine that assembly may go faster with two people. Once assembled, the desk has a lot of room and looks good. I have attached some photos demonstrating this and from multiple angles. Although the wood is not real, it is sturdy. The base structure of the desk is dense hollow metal bars, adding some weight. The faux appearance does have a slight grain to it, but I don't have issues when writing with a lone piece of paper, however this may be a factor to some (even though most would write in a notebook or on a stack). My model has a slight imperfection that is echoed in other reviews at the joint of the two table tops (which I have included a photo of) where the very top stack of the particle board has chipped slightly off. I don't notice it all and it doesn't hinder the overall workings of the desk. In all I like this desk a lot and I'm hoping to put it to good use over the years as a graduate student. In the month since I purchased this desk I have had no issues or seen any more surface chipping. I'll update this review if anything drastic happens. ... show more

I dont have a photo of the desk as it came, since I ordered it with ample change in mind. So far, it has been sturdy and is exactly what I needed for my project, space and price! Quite happy! Added marble contact paper to top and spray painted the legs rose gold. I get toms of compliments!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Really nice “budget” desk. I got the all white to go with my cool-toned color scheme, and I’m loving it. Like other reviews have stated, LOTS of leg space. I see some complaints about the metal legs not being wood, but, honestly, that’s the best part. It makes it super sturdy, and it isn’t wobbly AT ALL. It probably would be if the legs were wooden. Only thing missing here is my custom built PC I’m waiting on that my buddy is putting together for me, and I’d feel completely safe and secure plopping that bad boi on top of this desk without any fear of it wobbling and falling!
