It’s nice and narrow, which worked really well for the space without making the area feel crowded. The height was also exactly what I needed, which isn’t always easy to find with console tables. Easy to assembly. Just had to follow the directions. Heavy and solid quality. It’s pressboard but you can’t tell looking at it. I thought it was a great find for the price and looks great in my office entryway. Color was as described. Happy with my choice

The point of this review is that I don't feel like I got what I was expecting based on the product photos and description. Notice that none of the photos show the BACK of the unit. That's because the back is open and the inside guts are exposed. That's fine if you're putting it up against a wall or a taller couch. But against a shorter couch, or in my case an entertainment center, the open back is visible and not finished. Next, the photos are not realistic. The unit looks very rustic in the photos. Its not at all. It's a clean, smooth finish that doesn't look anywhere as close to as rustic as the photos suggest. It's still nice looking. But not what I thought I was ordering. I added decorative copper sheets to the back to try and finish it out some. Lastly, the quality seems pretty good. There are a LOT of pegs and cam-lock hardware in the piece. But no glue included. It is just MDF furniture. So I'd suggest using some glue in the peg holes at the very least. ... show more

This piece was really cute and would have tied my living room together perfectly. Unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. The product feels cheaply made, several of the screws did not fit properly into the designated holes, and the overall structure was not sturdy. There were also noticeable gaps at the seams, which took away from the appearance. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would need to ship the item back. After spending time trying to assemble it and seeing the quality issues firsthand, I chose not to go through that process and ultimately disposed of it. Before purchasing, I strongly recommend reading the reviews. In my experience, they accurately reflect the quality of this product. ... show more

I know this says Farmhouse, but honestly we have a SW vibe in our house and it is perfect. I wouldn't have been able to afford it in solid wood, so this is a great option. It's quite sturdy, and there's storage behind it. I love the double shelf for display. It's narrow enough that it works well in an entry way. Update: After purchasing a different console, I realize that the "poor construction" was possibly user error. If put together correctly, this is a solid purchase. Beautiful. Buy it. Beautiful item but does not hold together well. If you plan on not touching it or moving it once you put it together...get it (at your own risk). It seems like it needs a different type of screw to secure the pieces together. If I'd had the patience to take it apart and glue it back together, I would have kept it. But I don't, so I'm returning it. ... show more
