I am really pleased with these! They are sturdy and just what I wanted. I got two of them. The first set was a little complicated to assemble but by the time I knew what I was doing, the second was quick and easy. They include what you need including a small hammer and screwdriver! They also include plenty of spare hardware pieces which is such a great idea! Tis bookshelf is 72" tall. The sides are not one piece. You put it together in 2 halves then connect by dowel rods. The top half of mine tilts to one side slightly. Nothing we did would get it to sit straight. Also, directions are picture only and we followed them exactly (I'm very meticulous about laying out every piece exactly as shown in the diagram) but when we sat the finished shelf up, the bottom board had the camlocks showing on the outside. The board should have been reversed. Haven't decided yet if I'm going to live with the bookcase as is or disassemble. I expected better for the price. ... show more

Product was as described. Fairly easy to assemble. Some of the tacks are not great quality and bend and become unusable. But there is extra sent so there was enough to get the job done. The boards of the bookcase are sturdy and more heavy duty than I expected. I would definitely recommend this bookcase and may buy a few more in the future. ... show more

I have tons of books, and is such a great upgrade from my floating shelves. However, the tools that came with it were not of good use. The hammer separated from the handle as soon as I opened the package. I had to use my own tools to put it together.
