I bought this quilt set for the queen bed in my camper and, lemme tell you, it is perfection. I'm a jewel-tones-color-pallette gal and the emerald green does not disappoint. The quilt is medium weight, not flimsy, but not overbearing. It is soft and snuggable, elegant and fancy in appearance, and is an excellent value for the money! The "velvet" is soft and nice to touch. It will be too warm for summer, but I MUST leave it on bed for show as I can't imagine my space without it. I could not be more pleased with this find. I LOVE THE COLOR of this comforter, It is the most beautiful shade of green, (and I never liked green) until I saw this on Amazon and just had to buy it. The color is definitely a reason I bought this but I am so impressed with how soft and how it feels on my skin, it is so very soft and I impressed with the weight of this blanket, I thought it would be heavier than it is but it is the perfect weight for me. not too heavy but keeps me warm. As well as that, The size!! WOW I am extremely happy with the size of this, it actually fits over a king size mattress and reaches long enough down the sides! I will always buy this brand because I so far I really love everything about it... Pictures just do not do this bed set justice! We needed a new summer bed set and I loved the look of this one in that gorgeous deep burgundy (my favorite color). I was concerned about it being to hot once I put it on the bed because the top surface material is velvet feeling. It's not exactly a cozy blanket, though, so doesn't sink into your body, which is perfect for summer. I have four furbabies in the house who love cuddling in the bed together during the day and cleaning off their fur (and sometimes other junk they drag onto the bed) is a breeze using the vacuum with an upholstery attachment. Have had it for a few weeks now, I think and not a single snag from their claws! Washes up pretty easily in our washer, too! ... show more

The Camel color is slightly warmer in person, very much a true camel but not orange. This is on the heavier side for a quilt, which I'm not mad about. The velvet is very soft and this is a great deal for this expensive looking set.
