This is actually the perfect cardigan. The dropped shoulder is relaxed, the sleeves are slouchy without getting in the way. It's a cute boxy cut that lays exactly how I was hoping across my chest. I wouldn't say it's cropped so much as it's the perfect standard length. I am 5'2" and it hits just above my hips. It's soft poly/acrylic so it doesn't need long sleeves underneath to be comfortable. Looove this cardigan. Great for everyday basic in the fall or winter. The cut is super flattering- cropped at just the right length without feeling too short, and it hugs in all the right places while still being comfortable. The material is soft, lightweight, and perfect for layering.

Very thick, soft, nice fabric. Feels more expensive. I honestly hung this up and thought I might not keep it, but I've tried it on and it's very good on the body. It is cropped, so that would be a preference depending on your body or the outfit styling it. But I am keeping it!
