This kit doesn't even come with actual denture gum material. It's nothing but soft, messy wax. Actually wax is firmer than thus junk. It gets everywhere and never hardens even in the cold. Add putting it in your warm mouth to the nightmare. So gross. I can't believe they even allow this kind of crap product on Amazon. OH and the teeth are yellow with an almost neon tint. And the only instructions are the one picture in the ad. ... show more

I had high hopes for the TrelaCo 16 Pcs Dentures DIY Repair Kit, but unfortunately, the product didn't quite meet my expectations. The kit is designed to help with DIY denture repairs and adjustments, but I encountered a few issues that made the process less straightforward than anticipated. The primary concern I had was with the gum material provided. Unlike other similar products, this material did not harden as expected, leaving me unsure of how to properly use it or achieve the desired results. Without the material hardening, it was challenging to get a solid, durable fit for the fake teeth. This issue made it difficult to complete the repair effectively. The kit does come with a good variety of components and instructions, but the lack of clarity on how to make the gum material set properly was a major drawback. I tried different methods to harden the material, but nothing seemed to work as expected. The first set was actually USED!! Yes! Someone returned them and they just repackaged for resale! Disgusting on MANY levels. The second set came with ZERO instructions and the so called wax was like the wax lips you used to get in the 1950s. The plastic dracula teeth would work better! Don't waste your money ... show more

    • Easy and cheap alternative to "real" dentures
My dog decided to turn my dentures (top) into a $3000 chew toy, and I can't afford to replace them at the moment, so I broke down and decided to try to make a replacement myself and found this kit after a LOT of digging online. Its much cheaper than typical kits that are branded as DIY denture kits and I was able to make it in about 10 minutes. I saw one review that said the pink gum material is too sticky, so I ordered a package of the white thermal beads and melted/mixed them together and that helped. The teeth being connected by wire makes it easy to bend them to shape them first. You won't be able to eat with these, but I couldn't eat with real dentures either. And, since this is not a professional level kit, they are a whole lot lighter and more comfortable. I haven't worn them yet because I just made them a little bit ago, but I will try to update after wearing them later on today. ... show more
