My skin is on an oily side so I usually don't prefer wearing moisturizers as a base. I prep my skin with just cleanser and then toner and sunscreen afterwards. But recently I feel that it has become rough and appears dull. I thought applying moisturizers would hydrate my face but again I didn't want to feel greasy or oily.
