It works don't get me wrong, the problem is that you need to install the metal gears inside of it before you even use it. And it worked A lot longer than the other servo traxxas sells for it the black one. I in my case the blue one held up way longer than the black ones even though I had metal gears in both for some reason. ... show more

This this is so garbage. Might work good for a maxx but if you are gonna put it in a xmaxx buy a book too so you can read in between turning left and right.

Far from waterproof. Mine died today after about 5 runs in my Xmaxx. Took it apart and water came out. Traxxas needs to look up the definition of Waterproof!
