The Traversible billfold is a nice little billfold that I used to replace my beat-up trifold wallet. I like that it has 4 card pockets on both sides and the ID holder flips up to hold another card in the back. There is a divider in the main pocket to divide up the money if you choose or a place to store receipts. The billfold is slim and I don't really notice it in my pocket, but if you like to store a lot of cards in your wallet, then this billfold will lose that slim feature. The only con this wallet has is that the mesh for the ID holder is almost impossible to see through, in person, but the camera was able to pick out the image much better. If you have to take out your ID frequently, I would recommend a different wallet, but if that doesn't bother you ( It doesn't bother me) then this is a solid purchase. I really liked the look, feel and design (except for the mesh) of this wallet. Unfortunately, the corner was already torn and white material was showing from the inside. This should have been caught before being boxed and shipped out. Someone took a lot of care and time to insert all the cards and wrap the wallet in paper before placing it in the box. I cannot believe they did not see the white torn corner on a black wallet. I hate to ding someone on a defect like this because I really did love the wallet and it is possible that the seller would replace but quality control is important if you are sending this as a gift directly or don't have time to get a replacement... The pictures are not accurate. I ordered the Wash Leather, Black which has a fold out ID card panel. The picture on the Wash Leather, black selection shows a picture without the fold out panel. I figured out that this was an error because the other colors of Wash Leather all have the panel and the description also describes the paneled wallet. So, I ordered assuming the picture for black was wrong and I would receive a black wallet with fold out ID panel. I did receive black with the fold out panel. The other difference is that the pictures of the fold out panel show it having a clear vinyl window with hole to push out the ID with your finger. The "ID Thumb Hole" is actually a highlighted feature of the wallet. What I received instead was a very fine mesh material for the window area. The leather is very soft and the slot is large so I do not have any issue pulling out the ID however, the mesh obscures the smaller print of the name and address. I have attached a picture of a photo ID in the panel cropped down to only show the Issued and Expired lines of the license. You cannot read the writing through the mesh so the benefit of the panel being able to show your ID without pulling it out is lost. The second picture I focused on the same area of the ID but pulled the ID partially out of the pocket so you can see the left side obscured by the mesh and the right side clearly visible. If you look really hard you can almost make out the 2017 in the first image now that you know it is there. You cannot verify the address for check validation or even read the name for that matter. It is unfortunate. They should go back to the vinyl that is in the pictures. It is really soft leather and generally a great design. I just wish it had vinyl in the ID area instead of mesh and no torn corner. ... show more

This is just a standard wallet. Nothing very exciting. It has spots for your cards and a mesh area you can put your id in. It also has two areas for cash. Not sure about the RFID blocking since I have no way to test it. So far it has held up to normal use. It did have a weird smell that wasn't a normal leather smell. I was drawn to this wallet by the layout of the number of cards it can hold. What I didn't expect was just how big and stiff this would be (I'm hoping it will soften and become more flexible over time). It also doesn't really have any option for the clear inserts I've used in the past in bifold wallets to hold a couple of pictures and softer cards which may not hold up well to the credit card slots. I DID try adding one, but this is already pretty thick as it is (as compared to my previous bi-fold wallet), but hey, this claims to be slim and minimalist, so adding the inserts isn't really fair. So with that, I don't think this really qualifies as a 'slim' or 'minimalist'...it has a couple more card slots than my previous wallet, but is considerably thicker without being able to hold as much (via the inserts mentioned). And RFID...I don't have a good way to test this, but it's pretty much useless anyway (go ahead and hunt for any instance of anyone ever actually being a victim of a crime where their card was skimmed while in they're wallet, or even what type of data is available when it IS skimmed...I'll wait.) So as a nice, large, sturdy, thick leather wallet, this one seems like a good option (the quality is good for what it is, so I'll let it stay at 4 stars)...but as a 'minimalist', or heaven forbid wanting to regularly carry it in your front pocket? I ordered this wallet as I needed a wallet that was functional, as well as fashionable. As soon as I received the product, I could tell there was a lot of care in the quality of the wallet. It came in a box, with the wallet wrapped in tissue paper. When you open it, the different folds and slots have thin cardboard pieces so that they don't push on each other and the wallet maintains it's form. The wallet itself feels like it is made with care and good quality - the leather is soft, and the stitching all around the outside of the wallet, as well as for each of the card slots are done well. There is no thread or string hanging loose, and it looks very durable. The wallet is also very functional in that there are 8 card slots, as well as an additional hanging piece where you can put in 2 IDs or cards. In the main compartment where you put in cash, there is a divider where you can organize cash or receipts as needed. Overall, I am very pleased with the look and feel of the wallet with plenty of options to organize everything I need. ... show more
