This was super cute and perfect for my vacation!! It did get a little hot (ie I got sweat all over it) but it held up really well over the summer. It’s not big enough for my 13” laptop, but fits my old ipad and a bluetooth keyboard, so I use it for light cafe days now. It has one pocket inside the big compartment (where i’d put my ipad) and another zipped pocket (for idk, a passport? receipts?). The big pocket will fit my water bottle and a few paperbacks. Or 3 skeins of yarn, for anyone looking for a theft-proof crochet bag. Who knows. The front pocket fit all my wet wipes, sanitizer, masks, chapstick, sunscreen, etc. It fits crochet hooks and pens and stuff too. It also came with a tiny flashlight! The hooks worked great, although by the end of my vacation I was sick of unclamping the zippers every time. This did work as a purse for me most of my vacation, but I will say that it would have been easier with one backpack larger than this + one purse smaller than this. (if your budget allows). Especially because the backpack got kinda sweaty haha so going to a nice restaurant at night with it was certainly a lewk I did not try slashing this. Bought this backpack and i absolutely love it! it feels nice, holds so many things!!! I decided to buy a cheaper version of "The Tote Bag" and honestly im ready to chuck it and go back to this backpack!! It has latches for locks which isnt gonna stop anyone from trying to steal but it will take them a minute to undo the latch and more than enough time for you to turn around or respond or anything. This is a great backpack for traveling and as a crocheter is holds yarn rlly well amongst my other necessities. I am really upset i spent money on the Tote bag and should of bought another one of these!!! I wish they had more of a variety of colors and softness, I would buy them all. ... show more

This is a cute back pack and the safety zippers are nice but I’m returning it. It doesn’t have a strap that goes across your chest that you can close so anyone can just yank it off you if they wanted it bad enough

I like the color, size, and the durability. The only problem is there is no water bottle pocket! I didn’t need a slash proof anything in Egypt. So it was kind of silly— however if it had been needed it would have been there.

I really like this antitheft backpack. I have another Travelon that I got a while back but it’s bigger and a little too bulky to use very often. This was perfect for just a day trip. I like all the security features and they are easy to use and I also like the softness of the quilted fabric as opposed to the stiffness of the other one that I have. This is big enough to hold my stuff, but small enough to be stylish and not cumbersome. There is a water bottle holder on the inside of the bag which is a little inconvenient but still useful. I originally spotted this bag in a gift shop nearby and then checked on Amazon for it where I found it for at least $10 less than the gift shop. ... show more

I am writing after having this bag for three years and needing to start looking for a replacement. I ordered one before this one that was worn away from several years of constant use and the same has happened for this one. I have used it as a person for work and travel, it has carried my supplies on several hikes day hikes, and travelled internationally with me to Europe and Africa. I have loved carrying a water bottle and a book or four, even a full sized iPad in it. While it can't take away every danger and risk, it has assuaged many fears and I have felt safer with it. In my pictures, you can see the zipper is no longer as it was and the metal wire has worn through part of the strap, but these have only been in recent months and after a few years of daily use. ... show more
