I looked at a lot of suitcases before I chose this one. The wheels are a top priority for me. If you lose a wheel, it's a huge problem. So the double wheels checked that box. I like the handles on both the top and side and there's a slot at the bottom for picking up as well. We had this suitcase in and out of the Jeep every day for over 20 days straight while on vacation. It went back & forth from the hotels & down the halls smoothly. It got dusty from dirt roads and wiped off like new. I had it loaded, plus a small backpack on top so it was a beast when rolling. It tends to want to face the direction it's going, rather than the short side first, if that makes sense. The front pockets are great for quick access, have plenty of room and the inside has lots of room. The zippers have been faultless the whole time. The handle as well. There might be some slight scuffing on the corners but nothing I wouldn't expect with what we put this suitcase through. I'm really glad I picked this one. Packed this super full for a trip to cancun. It rolled really well thru the airport and had no issues with the handle. It fit nicely as a carry on and I appreciated the expandable zippered section. The color was nice and I was able to identify it. Seems sturdy and well made.

I was going to give this 4 starts, but it’s really a matter of personal preference. I don’t like hard side luggage, but I wish this bag opened like a clamshell where you can pack on each side of the open suitcase. With this one, I end up digging through all my stuff to find what I need (for those occasions when I don’t get to unpack it fully at my destination). Suitcase is lightweight and good capacity. Rolls well. Just need to make sure that do not add any weight on the pull out luggage handle bar. It is very thin and flimsy. It broke on the first trip overseas from the top thin plastic part.

The top part (when luggage is standing) was not flat. It did not appear that there was any problem with the frame except that it did not keep the top part flat (as it appears in the product photos). There was also a small hole in the side fabric. This was a new bag. I never would have bought it in a store if it looked like that. Was the inner liner zipper supposed to have a pull on it? If so, it was missing. I used a paper clip so I could unzip it and look at the frame. I am returning it. Overall, it seems a bit flimsy. It is hard to imagine that it would hold up on a trip. On the positive side, it was light and the color was nice. There was an inside zip pocket and a full pocket on the inside flap. the outside pockets were good. The zippers all worked. the "double" wheels worked well. Though this was handled through Amazon, I called the manufacturer and they recommended returning it to Amazon as what I described was not normal. They thought it was an Amazon problem. As I am travelling soon and need a bag this size and in this price range, I am getting a replacement of the same. Hopefully, it will be better. I will write a separate review on that. ... show more
