This is very nice looking in person. It seems like a great solution to keep the laptop out of my daughter's backpack. This suitcase appears to be well made and durable. It rolls and spins easily, and the handle extends and retracts well. The only downside in this design is that the laptop pocket definitely reduces interior packing space. It is a trade off worth making for our uses, but good to keep in mind. The cosmetic case is nice, well made, and cute...but not practical for airline travel since it's not what you'd want for your "personal, under the seat" item. First thing I noticed was how smoothly the wheels operate. The color is as advertised. The zippers worked smoothly. The combination lock was easy to set. It has a number of nice features. You can lock the computer section with the main section or leave the computer portion unlocked for your use. I am a packing cube traveler. But I appreciate all the extra pockets and straps in this set.There is the cooler bag built in to the outer compartment. There is a built-in pocket for your laptop. There is a special pocket provided for your power bank. You place your charged up power bank in this pocket. There is a USB cable provided for you to plug into your power bank that is connected to an external USB port on the top of the suitcase by the locks. Straps on the inside and outside to secure your belongings. Two very nice metal name tags, one for each bag. They are attach to your suitcases via metal cables. I will confess that I thought the suitcases were not very sturdy. But I checked to see what they are made of. It says ABS + PC. They are considered to be particularly durable plastic polymers. So there’s that. The little bag has a nice adjustable shoulder strap. The little bag does not lock. It will definitely fit under the seat. It will serve as my one personal item/purse.Main bag has the zipper to allow for a little more packing space. Having the front area for the cooler, laptop, and power bank leaves less space on the inside. But you can certainly use it for something other than those items. There is a strap on the back of the little one that will easily hook onto the telescoping handle. The telescoping handle operates very smoothly as well. It looks like a good carry-on to me. I will use it for the first time tomorrow. Don’t plan to check it. Last trip, my luggage was lost. So I am shifting to only having a carry on. We will see how it goes. ... show more

Seems very small. The actual top to bottom without wheels and handle measures about 17 inches. But the quality seems good, hardshell. The normal outside zipper pockets are inside on this model, making it a safer place to tuck things into. I don't use the outside pockets on my other luggage much, due to security concerns. There is also a BUILT-IN usb-A type wire, which seems to attach to your battery pack, then you plug your device, by usb-A also, into the slot outside the bag near the locking mechanism. It has a cover over it. The connection seems chintzy, tho, and remains to be seen how long it will last. It also has a cooler pocket, but any food put there is likely to be smashed upon closing. It comes with a rather large cosmetic case, also, to be strapped on top. ... show more

Really love the color, the material and how lightweight the luggage is. It appears to be durable but I'll update after a trip. I would love to give 5 stars, but I have a few flaws to point out. The handle feels really cheap compared to my other luggage. The handle compartment isn't glued down properly (see pic). The charger is only on one piece of the luggage which is the carry-on luggage. If I'm going on the trip that requires the checked luggage, I wouldn't be able to use. I feel it should be on all the luggage so you don't only have to bring that piece unless needed. The charger piece really sold me so I'm disappointed by that. I'm going to give it a chance before my final review. I did have to return the first order due to the handle being too loose. The second order was a tad bit better but not fully corrected. Message to Travel Arm, the handle need to be crafted better and more sturdy, the charger should be available on all pieces. Sometimes you may only need a checked bag and you can't use the charger as its not an option on the luggage. The airlines throw these luggages like rag dolls, you must make sure its durable for high intensity impact. Update: 12/29/2025 I've now traveled 3 times with this luggage and I wouldn't suggest using this if traveling by plane. The item is defective and I'm now in search for a better quality. The orange is coming off from usage and I haven't had it a year. This luggage looks like I've used it for years. Where the handle is, you can see it coming apart. I returned the first one due to the same thing. They replaced with no problem but now its doing the same thing. This quality isn't as good as I thought. This would be good for road trips only. 2/11/2026, update. The small luggage came apart. I would say not to purchase. The paint is coming off as well. ... show more

They arrived on time and in good condition. They seem to be as durable as they say. However, the trip I bought them for got cancelled so I'm not able to test them in real life yet. However, they are well made, very light weight, and the rollers don't jam when you test them. Love the pink color, too. It makes them easy to spot in the overhead bins. If you are an infrequent traveler, this suitcase will probably work for you. I’ve used it twice thus far once as a carry-on and once as a checked bag. Both times it performed ok. It was fairly easy to wheel through the airport and steering wasn’t a problem; however, I would recommend you pack each side of the suitcase with similar weights. I believe it would prove to be hard to steer if you packed it unevenly. The usable space of the suitcase was good. When I used it as a checked bag, it came down the carousel with a big dent in it. I was able to pop the dent back out and it didn’t seem to affect the products functionality. However, it now has visible permanent crease marks on it. This makes it unattractive to me but like I said before it doesn’t seem to affect the functionality of the case. I found the small carry-on bag to be useless as a carry-on. When you open it contents go everywhere and it felt awkward to carry alone. I did find it to be quite useful to put in the suitcase when I checked it. It provided me with better assurance my fragile and cosmetic items would not get broke or leak. Bottom line if you only travel occasionally this would probably work for up to a week long trip. It is pretty roomy in side. The smaller case is pretty useless unless you are going to pack it inside the suitcase and put your cosmetic and fragile items unit to add an extra layer of protection. It wheels easily when balanced. It quickly shows wear if you check it. Zippers seemed decent. They are not the highest quality but certainly not the lowest. For the money it is a decent set, but certainly not what you want if you plan to use frequently. ... show more
