The 2 USB-A and 2 USB-C ports were very handy. It worked great up until my bride plugged her hairdryer into it and blew the AC outlet and fried her $300 hairdryer. There probably was a caution about that in the instructions, but who reads instructions? Not the fault of the adapter. User error for sure.
