Bad warranty/ getting parts

The bike runs great however the spokes rub against the caliber. I tried calling customer service several times they’re busy or just keep asking for pictures to never get back to you.. tried looking for parts to just fix the problem myself. And can’t find anything besides a carburetor and some spark plugs.
