  • Great gym bag
Size: Medium 51 Liters Color: Olive/Green
Wow this is a heavy duty bag. Feels waterproof and somewhat indestructible. The handles and straps make it easy to lug around and it easily fits all my gym gear. Would be good for any athletic pursuits. I can fit a 28inch lat pull down bar in it. Took some time but it definitely fit. Super happy with this bag. ... show more

  • Great travel bag
Size: Medium 51 Liters Color: Olive/Green
I've beaten the crap out of this bag and it keeps on taking it. Lots of road and air trips, fits great in the plan overheads and have never been asked to check it at the gate. It's scuffed and bruised but still hanging in there. The shoulder straps are great for the airport but would not recommend for any prolonged carrying of heavy loads, really pulls on the shoulders after a while and the waist strap is just that, a strap, no pads. I can't attest to it's water proofness really, never have had to test that feature, but seems and straps have held up great. ... show more

  • Durable!
Size: Large 85 Liters Color: Olive/Green
This bag is definitely very durable. We got 2 of these for our trip to Africa and hiking kilimanjaro- survived several planes, 7 days on the mountain, and a handful of car trips now and still great bags! I wanted to wait to review so that I could put it through some use - great bag, especially for the value! ... show more

  • Fantastic travel/camping bag
Size: Medium 51 Liters Color: Red
Can't recommend this bag enough. For the price it outperforms its fancy brand name cousin (the one named after a primate...going to the moon...if you know what I mean.) Very durable fabric, stitching, and zipper for sure. The key thing to remember is this is -not- a dry bag, meaning I wouldn't submerge it in water and expect the contents to be dry. I used it for a weeklong trip on a sailboat and it kept things dry and tidy from the daily rainstorms and the generally constant wet conditions. My only criticism is the two shoulder straps are oddly spaced (a bit too far apart for me), so comfortable enough for getting through airports but wouldn't take it on any longer term hikes. ... show more

  • Perfect bag!
Bought this for a trip to Ireland, so we would have extra space for bringing back items we purchased. It was large, even for the medium size. Straps were great, and distributed the wrong well on my back. We ended up having to check it on the way back, and the bag looked like new when we picked it up. My son is using it for camp now. I would buy again. Very sturdy but still light ... show more

  • Checkable duffle
Size: Medium 51 Liters Color: Olive/Green
This is an outstanding addition for the expat traveler. I return home to the US once a year and end up stocking up on clothing and supplies. This duffle held three pairs of shoes, a pair of boots, and several sweaters, many many pants and shirts. Then I added all the small things that can be squished to fill out the corners. I removed the straps. The handle is just wide enough to fit on my suitcase so I can maneuver easily in the airport. This held 18kgs of stuff. I ordered the larger size but returned it because I struggled to lift and move around with it once it was filled to capacity. Solo 54 year old female traveler tip. If you pack it you should be able to quickly grab it off the luggage carousel. ... show more

  • If the story of Achilles was a duffel bag
Size: Medium 51 Liters Color: Olive/Green
I wish the bottom was also waterproof, it kind of defeats the purpose of having a waterproof bag. It’s great in backpack mode, I love all the handles, it’s very durable.

  • Not as waterproof as I'd like.
I live in the pacific northwest, and go camping about once a month, so I went for a duffel bag that would strap onto my motorcycle for things. The last three trips, I've had it rain when advertised as being sunny and dry on the weather reports, each camping trip with a new tent that doesn't let me put it inside. (Admittedly, there was a mostly full frying pan of water, so It could be it just punched through the water resistance? Or the zipper?) The first time, I had it upside up, and water leaked through the zipper. The second time, I flipped it over, but water still was on the inside. The third time, I had it flipped upside down and there was only a bit of wet clothing inside. But there was still wet clothing inside. The rest of the bag does seem to be waterproof, yes, but the fact that even upside down, there's still water getting inside through the zipper? Might need some checks on verifying the zipper doesn't let water leak through, or a better method of keeping water out. It could've gotten my tablet or my phone wet, if I hadn't stored them separately, each and every time. ... show more
