    • These are much better than the clamp style tow mirror accessories but could use a little improvement
These mirrors have been great to tow our travel trailer with. I can see past the travel trailer and can view the traffic in other lanes. It is nice that I can rotate them back when not towing. They do stick out a lot further than stock mirrors and the post in our garage took a couple scrapes :) Install was very straightforward. There is a little more wind whistling noise even at low speeds with the new mirrors. I wonder if they should have added a bit more rubber padding where the mirrors mount. The one major complaint I do have is that the passenger mirror has the same degree of magnification as the driver side. It is harder to gauge distance of the cars on the passenger side since it is a magnified view. I wish it was "zoomed out" more so I can see more of the traffic on the passenger side when merging. The convex mirror is nice to check our blind spot but a different magnification on the passenger mirror would be preferred. ... show more

These mirrors are great. They replace the factory mirrors perfectly. I ordered the powered mirrors, and they work very well. One thing I really like is that the passenger mirror and driver side mirror is not distorted, but what you see is the actual image. Both mirrors have a blind spot mirror in the outside corner. The entire mirror folds in and out of the way if you need it to. I went through a car wash right after installing them, not folding them in, and they were not affected in the least. Very sturdy mirrors. I am not a car guy, but after watching the You Tube video, was able to install both in 30 minutes. I was very slow and methodical. That is why it took me so long, and I am an old guy that moves slow. ... show more

I like these mirrors. Disappointed that they only sell through third party retailers and you cannot replace an individual mirror if broken

    • Smart mirrors
People have reported that the mirrors are too big and stick out too far. These mirrors are for towing a trailer. They need to stick out farther than the original mirrors. These were easy to install and connect up. It has the same electrical plug that original mirrors have. The mirrors are designed in a way that makes them work great. For example, when the driver side mirror is in the normal position, you press the button for it to move up and it moves up. When you move the drivers side mirror to the towing position you simply pivot the mirror counter clockwise 90 degrees. I thought that this would be a challenge to adjust the mirrors, but no. Up is still up, left is left, and right is right. The passenger side mirror works just as well, only it rotates 90 degrees clockwise. I would highly recommend these to anyone who wants to tow a travel trailer. ... show more

Mirrors were dirty and had dead bugs on them. Clearly used, which was not indicated by the sale listing. Packaging was damaged, which isn't a big deal but was my first clue they had already been opened.

So I did not start with these. I started with the $150 off brand clone of these. Boy were they terrible. They were not 4 way powered like these. They just went side to side. They shook like a hurricane at 40mph. I kept them on my truck for 4 miles, returned them and swallowed my cheapskate side and ordered these. Got them very fast. Installed them the day they came in. From the last pair I learned to put on one side test it than proceed. So first 4 mile trip WOW what a difference. Solid view. So I flip it up for the last 2 miles and still a very solid view. These also fold inward a must for off roading. I installed the passenger side and took a trip down to the highway and I was still very impressed on the highway with these. Looks like we have a winner winner chicken dinner! Do it right the first time and buy once cry once. Advice I wish I took more often as cheap tends not to work as well in my experience. ... show more

    • Good aftermarket towing mirror option
Replaced the stock mirrors on my 2012 tacoma to pull our 7 ft wide camper. Very stable in the down position and vibrates acceptable when turned up. Fit and finish looks OEM and works well with the on-board electric adjust. Loses a star as the left mirror does have some curve out towards the end that does give some distortion in the down position. I do recommend them. ... show more
