Edit to review: After submitting my review regarding my initial purchase. I was reached out to you by the Tracy's dog company and they offered me a few opportunities to support customer service. Which was one a replacement to an upgraded toy, a complete refund, or an Amazon card to purchase something else. I chose the upgraded toy and I'm glad that I did. It's got a much better handling system on it for separation of operation. I guess is the best way to put it. One button for movement. One button for section literally it's the only toy you'll ever need in your life for as long as it lasts. The only thing that would make it better is if you could plug it into the wall and that way you never had to recharge it 🙂 5.8.25: After purchasing my initial product from Tracy's dog and writing my review. I was contacted by them regarding the fact that the product that I purchased did not last very long and that it stopped working. I was given three options. One of the options was to have a replacement of the product with a newer version of the product. I am so happy that I chose this selection. As this appliance is absolutely lovely. Better section better on off switch, better charging option. So many improvements. I would buy this product over and over again. Hopefully this one will last a lot longer than the other one. So at this point in my life I'm deciding on whether or not to go to my attorney's office and change my will to leave all of my worldly possessions to the Tracy's dog company and their associates. Because never have. I had to change my sheets so many times in one week. 🙂 So I purchased this item via a recommendation from a friend. And it took me a little while to figure out exactly how to use it, but once you figure out how to use it, it is a stellar device. However, after the 10th The gyrating portion of the device decided to stop working. And now no matter what plug I charge it into or however I put the charging cord on. It will not take a charge. So it was great while it lasted. I just think that they probably could put a little more thought into perhaps the mechanics of the situation. It won't take a charge anymore so there's not much I can do with it. It's just a interesting piece of silicon that I have in my house now. :-(

I had heard great things about Tracy's Dog.. I was never one to buy into trends, but I’m SO glad I did for this. They really thought of everything.
