Updated - 5/31/24 The company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement. They explained that they recently updated the product and that it should perform better. The new blaster does perform better than the original. The gun looks great but it doesn't fire consistently or all that well. We discovered that 10 darts in the clip had better consistency as 12 seemed to jam quite a bit. The firing modes are "ok" but they don't fire the darts all that far or even at consistent distances. 1-2 shots will come out ok and then the 3rd will barely clear the barrel. Gun would be great just to play with or as a costume accessory, but to engage in nerf battles it's pretty lackluster. My son likes carrying it around just to play with, but for nerf battles we have pump action guns that perform much better. Got it on sale so I don't feel too bad about the purchase, but I wouldn't pay full price for it.

We git this gun for my sons bday only find a piece broken off of it and a faulty battery that wouldn't charge. I contacted the company and they were amazing! Quick to reply and quick to send us a new gun without the hassle of having to return the one that didn't work! They new gun works awesome and my 7yo loves it!! Highly recommend!

Got this dart gun for my son for his 10th birthday. He has practically every Nerf gun under the sun and this is now his favorite gun. He enjoys sniping people from the trees. The boys at his party wanted one just like it. It functions well, we have not had a problem with it jamming, we have only had to charge the battery once since August, and the speed of the darts is equivalent to one of his Nerf brand automatic guns. I would definately recommend this product for any miltary/Nerf loving kid.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old son and decided to make sure everything was in working order. It was easy to put together. Everything pictured is included except one thing is different which is why I am rating 3 instead of 5. The barrel is black instead of orange and came with an orange detachable barrel head that fits very loosely and I forsee being easy to lose. Aside from the product not being as advertised, this day in age I see a major safety concern regarding this inconsistency with the barrel. With the lack of orange barrel, this can be mistaken for a real gun at a distance therefore possibly leading to law enforcement encounters and possible loss of life. Fire rate seems good, but the power at which it shoots in burst and auto mode is lacking as most of the ammo fell short of a 25 ft target.
