  • I Held On for Dear Life and So Did This Eagle (Mostly)
Style: 2-seater Pit
When I first unboxed this 2-person soaring eagle towable tube, my honest thought was, "This thing is massive and slightly terrifying." The eagle design is full-on—wings spread, beak painted, talon graphics on the sides. It looks like something that belongs in a theme park, not being dragged behind my uncle's old speedboat. The material is thick, heavy-duty PVC that feels like it could survive a shark attack. The EVA foam pads on top are soft but not squishy, with little textured bumps so you don't slide off the second you hit a wake. I inflated it with a pump (took about ten minutes and some minor sweating), attached the quick connector to the tow rope, and then sat there wondering if my life insurance was up to date. First ride: I was not prepared. This eagle flies. It glides over wakes, catches air on turns, and definitely tries to throw you off if the driver is having too much fun. The foam pads saved my knees and elbows. The drainage system works—water doesn't pool in the tube, so you're not sitting in a cold puddle between splashes. The handles are well-placed and sturdy, with knuckle guards so you don't crush your fingers when the tube jerks. My second rider (brave or foolish, not sure which) held on the whole time. We flipped once. The tube didn't deflate, the eagle didn't rip, and we got back on. The quick connector made reattaching easy even with wet, tired hands. What I like: · The eagle design is hilarious and awesome. Kids love it. Adults love it. Even the fish probably love it. · EVA foam pads are comfortable and grippy. No bare knees on hot vinyl. · Drainage holes mean you're not sitting in a bathtub. Tube stays light and responsive. · Quick connector works with most standard ropes. No fussing with knots while bobbing in the water. · Heavy-duty material survives crashes. We've tested this. Repeatedly. The tube won. What I don't like: · Inflation takes effort. Electric pump recommended unless you enjoy manual labor before fun. · The eagle wings catch air in a stiff breeze. The tube wants to fly even when it's not moving. · Deflating and folding is a workout. Getting it back in the storage bag requires strategy and strength. · Two-person means two people exactly. A third person will sink this eagle. Don't try it. · The graphics will fade in direct sun over time. Still recognizable as an eagle, just a slightly tired one. I really hope this tube is durable and stands up to every day use because boating season is short and we plan to abuse this thing every single weekend. After a summer of hard towing, multiple flips, and one incident where we dragged it over a rocky shoreline (not my finest moment), the eagle still holds air, the foam is still attached, and the seams haven't blown. For anyone with a boat and a need for speed and laughter, this soaring eagle tube is worth every penny. Just stretch before you ride. Your abs will hurt from holding on and laughing. Both are good pains. Both are worth it. ... show more

  • Tons of fun!
Style: 2-seater Pit
I had a blast using this two person towable, and it has quickly become one of the most popular water toys on our boat. The size is perfect for two riders, and the shape gives it a fun, soaring feel on the water. The EVA foam pads make it comfortable to hold on at full speed, and the padded handles are easy to grip without tearing up your hands or elbows. Inflation is simple with the Boston valve. It fills fast, seals tightly, and deflates just as quickly when it is time to pack up. Once inflated, the tube keeps its shape well and feels sturdy. The material is thick and durable, and the bright colors make it easy to spot in the water. The drainage works exactly as it should, so the cover never gets heavy or waterlogged. On the water, this tube performs great. It pulls smoothly behind the boat and stays stable even when crossing wakes or making sharper turns. The wings on the back help keep riders centered, and the layout makes it easy for kids and adults to stay on without sliding off. We used it behind a moderate power boat and had no trouble at all, and it would work just as well behind a jet ski. The tow hook is strong and well attached, and the overall build quality feels solid. It holds air all day, even in the sun, and the ride is fun whether you want something smooth or something more exciting. My kids laughed nonstop the first time we took it out, and it has been a favorite ever since. For the price, the value is excellent. It looks great, feels durable, and delivers a fun, stable ride for all ages. I am very happy with it and expect it to get a lot of use this season. ... show more

  • Unique design. Durable bottom. Priced right. Unique design. Durable bottom. Priced right.
Style: 2-seater Pit
We have used many different styles of tubes, but this one is a new design for our family. The two compartments offer more protection for smaller riders or those who fear sliding off normal tubes. The downside to this design is that it makes it difficult for users to voluntarily bail. For the leisurely tow, this will be great for beginner tubers. For an aggressive tow, this should be reserved for experienced riders. This can be very fun. The fit and finish of the materials is decent. I love everything about the build quality, except I feel the exposed white tubing on the interior limits the durability of this product. It's important that you inflate the floors before inflating the outer tube, otherwise you won't be able to reach the floor fills. The price is right on this tube. It's decent quality and has excellent stitching and handles all around. The fill valve is not as nice as the other models from this brand, but it still works well with an electric pump. ... show more

  • Double the fun! Dual rider capable, sturdy, pulls great!
Style: 2-person Airplane
This two-person tow tube is a great addition to your boating toys and can bring a lot of fun and pleasure to your time out on the water with family and friends. You can pull the tube with either one or two riders, and you don't have to have a powerful speed boat in order to do so. Most moderately powered and sized boats, and even jet skis can easily pull this tube, even with the two riders; I pull tubers, wake boarders, skiers and such all the time with my pontoon boat. This tube is large and easily fits two persons on top of it. It's almost five foot wide and long, so everyone from the youngsters to the grown-ups will have room to ride on this thing. It has four, padded handles to hold on with and it also has a couple of "wings" at the rear, one on each side, which adds some stability to help keep the riders' legs on the tube. It has a very strong and sturdy tow hook on the front which is sewn well into the tube cover. The inside air bladder is relatively thick and made of PVC, typical of most water toys and it should hold up well over time. The outer covering is nylon, VERY colorful and the graphics seem to jump out at you, giving it a good visual appeal. The tube has vents underneath which will allow any water that gets inside the cover to flow out so that the tube doesn't get heavy or bog down because of the added weight. This is a nice feature because, if you've ever used a tube such as this that doesn't have those water vents, I've seen covers get ripped off when the tube flips or fills with water. The inflation valve on this tube is really well designed, having a couple of different ways you can inflate the tube. If you remove just the smaller, top cap, you can inflate the tube and there is a one-way valve to keep the air from escaping while inflating the tube. The tube does hold a large volume of air so, as long as you have a fairly strong air source, it doesn't take much time to fill it up; but you definitely don't want to try and inflate this thing manually using lung power only! To deflate the tube quickly, just remove the whole valve assembly and the air comes out really fast. This also allows you to fold the tube up to a more compact size without having to struggle or hold a valve open while deflating the tube. Fully inflated, the tube is said to have a 450 lb. capacity, which means it can hold two large adults; that's impressive! The tube pulls well behind the boat and it's easy for the riders to stay on, even in somewhat aggressive turns. It's pretty stable even while going over the wake and big waves. Of course, depending on speed and aggressive turning, you can throw the riders off, so just use caution and good sense. Also, by varying the length of the rope, you can make the ride smoother or more of a challenge. Just make sure to have enough rope out to ensure the tube is well behind the boat and nowhere near that spinning prop! Overall, this is a really good quality and fun water tube. All of the stitching and connections are well done, vivid colors, padded handles, sharp graphics - it's definitely a winner! For the price, this tube is an excellent value, and I can honestly say that because, just a few years ago I bought a very similar tube and paid almost twice what this one costs. You may find a cheaper brand, but I guarantee it won't be of the same high quality as this one! Get one, the kids will love it, you'll love it and the fun only stops when you let the air out! ... show more

  • Awesome and easy
Style: 2-seater Pit
Took this out on the lake with my 5- and 7-year-old, and they couldn’t stop laughing! The deep seating design gave me real peace of mind — no worries about them slipping out mid-ride. The material feels thick and super durable, built to handle summers of fun. Absolutely worth it for families!

  • Sturdy and super fun!
Style: 2-seater Pit
Great value for the price. It inflates quickly and holds air all day, even under the sun. Very stable on the water — perfect for beginners or more cautious riders. The double valve makes setup fast and easy. Reliable, sturdy, and fun for the whole family.
